Hesketh Crescent, based on the Regency ideals of London and Brighton, was completed in 1848. The Crescent (named after landowner Sir Lawrence Palk's marriage to Maria Hesketh in 1845) was built as fifteen private houses.
Hesketh Treetops is an elegant apartment set over two floors with the living area and bedroom situated on the first floor. The close proximity to the Blue Flag Meadfoot Beach is an obvious draw, however this lovely peaceful spot is also within easy reach of Torquay town centre.
