Trumlands is a super 4 bedroom semi-detached house in a peaceful residential area on the edge of the very popular St Marychurch district of Torquay. The house also benefits from a large rear garden plus a patio area which can be accessed directly through double doors from the separate dining room or through the kitchen/utility room, the mature trees flanking the end of the lawn gives the whole rear garden a peaceful air ideal for relaxation or al-fresco dining. The well served shopping precinct at St Marychurch is only a minute or so away by car or 15 mins on foot and has a good selection of day to day shops including small supermarkets, excellent quality local butchers and bakers, newsagents etc. The very popular Babbacombe area with further shops, a choice of places to eat, beaches and attractions is just a short distance further on so Trumlands offers an excellent location for visitors. The main harbour at Torquay, marina and further beaches are all again very easily reached by car as is the glorious South Devon countryside and coastline. Trumlands offers super family sized holiday accommodation in a very pleasant location.
