Rudyards View is a 2 bedroom apartment within the building enjoying the 10 acres of beautiful landscaped grounds with sweeping views down to the sea. It is situated a short way down Rock House Lane, next to the Orestone Manor Hotel, which is reputed to have one of the best restaurants in Devon. Master Bedroom - Good size room looks out over the gardens and bay. - Double bed with a bedside chest and reading lamp either side. - A double wardrobe and five-drawer chest give plenty of storage. - Matching full-length mirror with small drawer beneath and a contemporary mirror.
Bedroom Two - The second bedroom has a wash basin, baby changing unit, double bed, and two double fitted wardrobes.
