Penthouse, 11 Water Meadows is a contemporary third floor penthouse apartment ideally situated within few minutes’ walk to the sea front at Livermead.
The stylish apartment is furnished to a high standard throughout with quality fittings and features gas fired underfloor heating. The French doors from the living area lead out to a spacious furnished balcony which offers panoramic views of Torquay seafront.
Torquay has a wide variety of attractions on offer such as day cruises around the bay, fishing trips, Living Coasts coastal zoo, Kent's Cavern prehistoric caves, the Princess Theatre and of course plenty of shops to peruse. The nearest beach to Water Meadows is Torre Abbey Sands, a large expanse of golden sand that is family friendly and has the Blue Flag award.
Cockington Village, one of the oldest settlements in the area, is nearby, where you can indulge in a cream tea in one of the historic, original thatched houses. You will also find Cockington Court, where you can enjoy craft exhibitions and demonstrations, or simply relax in the extensive grounds.
The recently-refurbished, medieval monastery Torre Abbey, is also nearby provides some excellent insight into Torquay's history as well as housing some fabulous seasonal exhibitions.

The English Riviera region

St Marychurch and Babbacombe offer glorious beaches, beautiful views, easy access to the South West Coast Path, top class award winning visitor attractions including the World Famous Babbacombe Model Village, Bygones Victorian Village, The Babbacombe Cliff Railway, Babbacombe Theatre and a whole host of quality eating and drinking establishments, all within easy walking distance of your accommodation.
We thoroughly recommend experiencing all of the above, and ensure you to take a trip down to Oddicombe beach via the Cliff Railway, and enjoy a walk under the cliffs along to Babbacombe beach where you will find the Cary Arms. "Nowhere near 4*, yet alone platinum"
We have stayed in Blue chip accommodation several times a year for the past ten years and rarely have a problem, but I'm afraid this apartment does not even rate 4* with us never mind 4* platinum… More

Been to this apartment before and have been happy here unfortunately we have just got back and have been very disappointed.My husband is disabled and can just cope with a flight of steps on our arriva… More
