A super 3 Bedroom House - Waves End is a spacious three bedroom detached house situated in a very convenient location in the Babbacombe district of Torquay. The house has very recently undergone an extensive refurbishment to provide very modern and comfortable holiday accommodation for visiting families or couples. The plot, which is at the head of a quiet residential cul de sac, is large and has a particularly nice rear garden where the owners have thoughtfully provided extensive decking which is a lovely space to sit and relax or to dine al fresco. The large lounge diner opens to the rear garden as does the utility which is just off the well fitted modern kitchen. The house also has two excellent modern bathrooms, both with showers, one of which is on the ground floor, and spacious bedrooms.

Torquay's main harbour, marina and beaches are again a few minutes by car or by one of the many local buses stopping just at the end of the road. Warwick is a super holiday home in a great location and we are certain will become a very popular destination welcoming back guests year after year.

The master bedroom has sliding doors onto a raised terrace where visitors can enjoy views across the open green area know as Walls Hill and during the summer months have a birds eye view of the local cricket team in action. The many visitor attractions of the popular Babbacombe & St Marychurch areas of Torquay can be easily accessed on foot as can the local beaches at Oddicombe & Ansteys Cove. The village amenities of Wellswood are also just a minute or two away.

"A very pleasant stay"

This was a lovely property, which accommodated 8 easily. Thoughtful consideration was given to the requirement of guests and it was located in a great spot, with access to local amenities within a few minutes drive and a playing field at the rear, which was great to exhaust the children in readiness for bedtime! We had a great stay and would recommend it.
