Villa Garda Cottage forms part of an impressive Victorian Villa in a superb location in Torquay within easy reach of the sea front, beaches and town centre.

Internally this spacious property is furnished to a high standard throughout. Externally the private garden complete with furniture and barbecue are ideal for al fresco dining.

Villa Garda is only a short walk from Torquay’s attractions and Torre Abbey Sands, as well as being conveniently located for a trip to the surrounding area by car or public transport. Torre Abbey Sands is one of Torquay’s most popular beaches; it’s a large expanse of sand and rock with safe, shallow water. For a break away from the beach a selection of attractions are just opposite. These include Torre Abbey- a historic house and gallery, Torre Abbey Meadow, a pitch and putt and the Hi-Flyer balloon, offering a unique view of Torbay and beyond.

The centre of Torquay and the picturesque harbour are a short walk away. Torquay is one of the most popular holiday destinations in the South West and exudes a fantastic cosmopolitan buzz. Dotted around the harbour there are plenty of bars and cafes where you can sit and simply watch the world go by.

The picturesque village of Cockington is close by and offers a beautiful area to visit to sit and watch the world go by, enjoy a ride on a horse and cart or stroll around the pretty woodlands and parkland. Indulge in a cream tea in the local tea rooms or have lunch at the Drum Inn, dating back to 1936, this charming pub is still the focus of the village.
