Access to the on-site communal laundry room located on the lower ground floor, featuring washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. The machines are token operated which are charged at £2 for each use.

The apartment is located at the rear of the building, and whilst sea views can be enjoyed from the communal gardens, there are no sea views available from the apartment.

On street parking available locally or pay and display car parks within 10 minutes' walk.
Within a short walk of the beach, harbour and town centre.

"Lovely Stay - Perfect Location"
We had a three-nights stay at the Bay Fort Mansions houses, it was a lovely stay, since the apartment is very well furnished, the bathroom is clean and well equipped, as well as the kitchen that allow… More
