If you require a parking permit, you can arrange this with the property manager who can supply you with a permit to display in your vehicle windscreen at a cost of £10 for up to 7 days use - this is payable on arrival. The permit will allow you to have unlimited access to any Torbay Council permit operated car park. The permit is not valid at The Harbour car park as this is a barrier/vehicle registration recognition system.
