Rosemont is a super two-bedroom garden level apartment situated in a prestigious residential block in Torquay. The peaceful location of the property is also just a convenient short walk to Torquays bustling harbour side with its excellent selection of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops and easy access to the towns main sandy beach at Torre Abbey. The owners have carefully provided excellent accommodation cleverly mixing together modern and traditional furnishings and decorating styles producing a very pleasant and comfortable holiday home. The apartment block does have the benefit of a lift to all floors and whilst the garden level is only one level down from the main entrance, to avoid all steps to and from the apartment guests can easily access the apartment via a path from the private allocated parking space to the rear garden facing doors. Rosemont is a particularly ideal holiday property for a small family or a couple(s) holidaying together looking for good quality and conveniently located accommodation. Wi~Fi included.

"great location for town and beaches and touring"

the good points - locationwalked everywhere so here are approx. times for fairly fit people- 5 mins walk from town- 10 mins cafes bars restaurants-10 mins larger stores- 10 mins nearest beach- 2 mins… More
