Sunnyhill Mews is a holiday cottage situated in a quiet area of Torquay Devon and is set within the private gated landscaped grounds of an elegant Victorian villa, the villa was recently converted into a small number of very stylish and luxury residential apartments. This delightful mews cottage is one of only six quality homes overlooking the private courtyard within the grounds and enjoys a peaceful location in a prestigious area of Torquay known as The Warberries. A walk of up to 15 minutes will take you down to the harbourside, Marina and shopping centre or to Babbacombe in the opposite direction. For good local shops, restaurants and a pub a 10 minute walk takes you to Wellswood where the famous Kents Cavern prehistoric caves can be found. The accommodation is furnished and equipped to an excellent standard with a bright modern lounge diner and an excellent fully fitted kitchen with every modern appliance provided. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a large twin bedroom with a vaulted beamed ceiling. The cottage has a small-enclosed front garden, which includes a furnished patio area. By car all the delights of the Tor Bay resort towns and the surrounding countryside are easily reached. Sunnyhill Mews provides quality accommodation in a peaceful yet convenient location. Torquay

In the town there are numerous waterfront cafes and restaurants for you to sit and laze around in. Or alternatively, there are activities in abundance. From Water sports to fishing, Torquay can satisfy any persons needs.
