We offer the artistic part of this twin villa which is situated at an unique location to challenge the Torba bay of Bodrum where is one of the fascinating beauties of the region. When you long for being in a peaceful spot that endows you a smooth breeze of Aegean shores, this villa is surely gonna be a perfect choice. Actually you will also be not so far away from the center thru many alternative ways to bring you down into the town center. Because you might easily do it by either taking a regular mini-bus service that is of abt.10 minutes journey or by driving yr car/motorbike. And, the point is that, after a large amount of entertainment of Bodrum's famous night life, you will taste the luxury of finding yourself in the coolness and freshness atmosphere of yr house. Hope the photos I put down here will largely provide you with a wide point of view to make an evaluation.
This triplex villa includes three bedrooms in the upstairs. The master one is giving you a 'one king size bed' together with a private bathroom and each of two others contains two queen size beds. There is a living room connected to the entrance and downstairs is for the outdoor pool of abt.12 meters length as well as the laundry room. The rooms in upstairs are equipped with air-condition and the house iyself is furnished with TV , marble and wooden floors, a well-situated kitchen. The main bathroom is in upstairs and a small toilet at the doorway just next to the living room. The building itself includes a wide terrace with a wide overlooking Aegean sea and backyard is being covered by a lovely garden hosting olive trees. As described above, You are just steps away from the Torba beach and its pier.While the house is conveniently located close to both the main shopping area of the town and the restaurants serving a tempting variety of delicious cuisines. Only 10 minutes by car or by taking a regular minibus service to the center and again abt.10-15 minutes downhill walking to the nearest beachs. Finally, if you fond of ease and comfort while looking at those wall paintings and listening classical music, this house is a lovely catch.
