Beautiful B101 is quiet, on an access road only, yet has easy short 300 metre stroll to the quiet beach or the opposite direction to the bars, cafes, bank, chemist, supermarket, night-life and restaurants. The apartment comprises of two bedrooms, one twin bedroom with private balcony, another large double bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes, air-con, ceiling fans and fly-screens etc. An adjacent luxury tiled bathroom with glass screen shower. A large sitting room, with sea views, two settees, coffee table, dining table, Satellite TV, DVD player Bose sound dock for iPod/iPhone and patio doors that access a family sized balcony with sun canopy and solid wood patio furniture including two full size loungers. Gaze across the calm pool to the incredible views of the enticing, blue Mediterranean sea, as you enjoy your al-fresco meal on the balcony.

Suits all ages, we have guests with children, clients with friends and we have retired couples , all find this a fabulous apartment and located for all tastes and everything for a terrific holiday. We do not let, to or for, singles parties.

Everything is here for your memorable holiday at Faros Beach Penthouse B101; the floor is tiled throughout, the furniture good quality, within a spacious apartment. The double bedroom and the main living area being especially generous for relaxing and entertaining.

Every self catering eventuality is catered for including Nespresso capsule machine, George Foreman grill, liquidiser-wand, teapot , cafetiere, wine glasses/goblets, wine-cooler, tumblers, pool-side glasses and a full range of cooking utensils and pots pans etc

Beach towels are provided with full size quality sun loungers plus folding sun-loungers for the poolside.balcony and garden with pool and sea views. Baby furniture can also be supplied for a small cost .

Three full size air-conditioning units for those very hot days , gas heater those cooler Winter/Spring evenings, fitted flyscreens, cooling ceiling fans and curtains are lined for your comfort_

Sea edge walk to the buzz of the Harbour on a traffic free footpath.

Fiona lives in Paisley and is a highly qualified therapist in stress management and personal development. Air-conditioning is inclusive in the price with heating for those cooler winter evenings as well as 'ice-cooling' in the summer heat.

Good beach towels are provided.

Reservations can be held for 2 days/first refusal for easy flight bookings.

Cot and high chair are available for hire.

The normal occupancy is for 4 people, however the apartment can, by special arrangement, accommodate up to 6 by using a double bed-settee. This would incur an additional charge of £100 pw for extra person

The final payment is due 8 weeks before departure.

About this location

The Paphos District

Cyprus with its wonderful climate and warm, sunny temperatures most of the year round is an ideal holiday destination. There are lovely refreshing sea breezes in the coastal area. Centuries ago Paphos was the capital of Cyprus and many of the historic culture and sites of interest still exist within easy walking distance.

A sunny year round climate of relaxation. The Tomb Of The Kings is 500 metres from the Faros Beach Penthouse B101 and also an extensive archaeological interest at the nearby Paphos Harbour. Paphos is also divided into two parts, Kiltma (Higher Paphos which is where the main town and business district can be found and Kato Paphos (Lower Paphos) which includes the Harbour and the tourist district.

The Island has now, in 2010 , equipped with new buses which are now offering an extensive Island network

A beautiful 30 minute coastal stroll from Paphos Beach takes you to The Harbour, however, there are buses from the King Danaos Complex. This is the hub with its many bars, taverns and shops. There is also the old historical Fort and picturesque fishing boats. Look out for the local pelican.

Tomb of the Kings

Eating out in Paphos is a pleasure and our Faros Beach B101 Penthouse Apartment has a wonderful selection nearby. Go to the local restaurants, Italian, Greek, Chinese, Thai and more. Include the Elysium for that special occasion or to blazes with Jamie Oliver, use the local Pizza and Burger joints. One will deliver your meal with a song and dance routine, yes really !

For cooler days take a trip to the Troodos Mountains, in Winter you can ski and still sunbathe on the same day.

Sea turtles, pony trecking, water sports, museums and the whole history or the Roman Byzantium era are all at your finger tips, well your feet really! The remains of te original Roman villas and settlement are at Faros Beach some complete with the original mosaics.

A car is not normally necessary, however, you may need one for golf, mountain trips or full Island exploration . The local bus service is good and the Island bus network has been extensively upgraded in 2010. with new buses. These are very cheap to use.


Driving is on the right, 240 volt supply, three pin plugs and English is spoken almost everywhere. Parking is hysterical but, do not copy. There are wardens and they book. Radar guns are predominant and used, the speed limit is 100 kph or 65 mph (yes, we know that is not convertible but that is the way it is).

The Tomb of the Kings has always been an important archaeological landmark which covers an extensive area and runs between the main coastal road and sea. Along this road are the numerous restaurants with shops, bars travel agents offering local excursions and car hire agents.

With the Sea just a few minutes walk away from Faros Beach Penthouse B101, the Municipal Beach offers a range of facilities including exciting day trips to the Troodos Mountains, with access to the Monasteries, Wineries and many walking trails. Enjoy the intoxicating scent of the fresh pine forests and the wild local plant life. Hire out a Jeep and enjoy a Safari and the Akamas Peninsula and watch the Turtles making their nests on the beaches.

Using Faros Beach Penthouse B101 as a hub there are also Golf Courses around 30 mins drive from the area and an Animal Park with a water park which has special buses run locally.

More golf details, for those special golf holidays or just the occasional round. There are four golf courses within easy reach of fabulous B101 Faros Beach, Paphos.

"lovely apartment, ideal location, very quiet but only minutes away from the bars and restaurants."

"Quiet elegant accomodation"

A lovely apartment in quiet, extremely well kept complex. A good location for shops and restaurants and good bus service a few minutes walk away. A great spot to watch the sunsets too.
Excellent contact with owner from booking to arrival and everything as expected.
Bus service to Paphos Harbour very cheap, 1euro each journey, also can be reached by walking on coastal walkway, 30min stroll.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. My wife and i really enjoyed staying in this lovely apartment and had a great holiday, everything to do with the apartment was perfect and the location was ideal.

"Brilliant holiday,have already booked again for next year."

After many visits to various apartments in Paphos we have finally found 'the one'.This apartment is very well equiped,spacious and spotlessly clean;it is exactly as advertised.We did enjoy having two balconies which meant we could have either sun or shade at any time of day,having our own sun loungers on the balcony was great(and the sea view was a lovely bonus).
The small complex has a lovely pool area and surrounding gardens all of which are mantained to a very high standard.
The location is perfect,a short stroll will take you to The Tomb of the Kings road with loads of restaurants and bars to choose from(best meals at ,The Farmhouse,Sisyfos and Metaxas;not forgetting Tramps for a great breakfast).Or go in the opposite direction for walks along the coastal path and beach .
Would definitely recommend to friends and family!!
