This spacious luxury open plan apartment is located just 5 minutes walk away from the beach in a quiet area of Kato Paphos.

The Lighthouse Beach cafe has recently been improved and extended to include a children's play area/keep fit equipment and lifeguard station, free Wifi is also available here. This is only a 5 min walk from the apartment and can be seen from the lounge balcony.

The Paphos District

Located in a quiet area off the Tomb of The Kings Road and only a 5 minute walk to the beach (no road to cross).

Local shops: Bakery, Bars, Restaurants including the" Phukhet” a Thai and Chinese restaurant and Tavernas are only a 2 minute walk away, not forgetting the new King Avenue Mall which includes designer shops/ coffee bars/ dining areas/ and large supermarket.

The apartment is ideally situated for the main bus route for visiting places such as Coral Beach/ Polis / Paphos market area and various villages.

The bus service offers good value for money you can purchase a single ticket for 1.50 euro which is the cheapest option if you are just going there and back, but if you wish to travel on numerous buses then you can purchase an All Day Pass at 5 euros (prices correct at Feb 2014).

The harbour of Kato Paphos is a 15 minute stroll and is a wonderful place to sit and watch the world go by whilst sipping a nice cool drink.

There are many restaurants that line the quay side serving fresh fish and traditional Cypriot Meze.

The market in the old town is a 20 minute walk away where the hustle and bustle of everyday living mixed with tourists hunting for bargains makes an idyll setting.

Tomb of the Kings

There are many places of interest in and around Paphos, one of which is the UNESCO archaeological site which the apartment overlooks, this has history going back to the 4th century BC.

You can visit the 3rd century mosaics at the house of Dionysus, Orpheau and Aion, and the impressive Tomb of The Kings burial site with its maze of tunnels and vaults where the island rulers were buried.

Also nearby is the Aphrodite Water Park (free bus service) and Go Karting ideal for the whole family.

Other local activities include: diving, sailing, fishing, cycling, wind-surfing, water -skiing and paragliding.

Paphos is the new jewel in the crown for golfers seeking golf breaks in the warmth of the eastern Mediterranean. It offers golfers challenging world class championship courses and almost all year round sunshine. There are three 18 hole golf courses to choose from.

For the more adventurous there is easy access to the islands mountains and forests, notably the Troodos mountains and the unspoilt Akamas region with it's wonderful and usually empty beaches, gorges and marked walking trails.

"The Best Holiday Ever!"

Beautiful big apartment - everything was very clean and it had all the facilities you needed. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We stayed for 2 weeks in the middle of August, it was very hot outside but the air conditioning worked really well and kept us cool. The location was very handy for both the beach (less than 5 min walk) and the harbour and restaurants was less than 10 mins away. The local buses were great too and they stopped on the corner near the apartment.

"Everything you could ask for - close to all amenities"

The apartment was simply perfect. Not overlooked, quiet, wonderfully kitted out – we couldn’t think of anything that we would have changed! It was just like ‘home from home’, with every convenience available, including a cool box and ice packs. It’s beautifully furnished with quality furniture and everything still looks brand new. The situation is simply perfect – overlooking the fantastic archaeolical park, a very pleasant stroll down to the harbour and 5 minutes to the beach. In the morning there was sunshine on the balcony at the back and in the evenings we sat on the front balcony until the sun set over the sea, what more could you ask for! The agent was waiting for us at the airport as arranged and also collected us promptly to return to the airport. Nothing was too much trouble for her and we were grateful that she had done some initial shopping for us so we could relax when we arrived. The nearby bakers is excellent (crème brulee to die for!) and we were able to get everything we needed daily in the two small shops at the end of the road. We also went to E&S Supermarket about half a mile away (which has Co-op own brands) which had everything you would need, and more. We found Cyprus very easy to get around – a bus anywhere for 1 euro or 3 euros for the whole day. We will recommend this apartment without hesitation for a relaxing break in quality surroundings.

"Great apartment in great location"

This was our third visit to Paphos and have stayed in the Lighthouse View partment each time. The apartment is excellent and is located within easy access of the Harbour in one direction and the bars and Tavernas of the Tombs of the Kings Road in the other. The view from the balcony is superb and a great place to watch the sun set over the sea. If you don't want to self cater then try Bens Bar only 100 yards away for breakfast, a good fry up at a bargain price! There are plenty of good tavernas close by and the beach is only a five minute walk away.
