Spacious end townhouse / villa with private garden and luxury furniture/fittings on a prestigious resort near the sea. Quiet location off the Tombs of the Kings Road. Close to many tavernas, restaurants, bars and shops, with easy access to tourist attractions. It has 2 large bedrooms upstairs, each with en-suite bathroom, spacious wardrobes, air-conditioning and balcony. Downstairs is an air-conditioned open-plan lounge and dining area, fully fitted kitchen and a cloakroom. The kitchen has dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, cooking utensils and faces the swimming pool. The lounge has patio doors onto a sunny, furnished, tiled patio and a private attractively landscaped garden. Reserved parking on resort, selection of dvds to play on tv, cd, radio, wifi on request, a safe, iron & board, hair dryer etc. The complex has a large swimming pool, children's pool, jacuzzi pool, a well equipped gym for use at no cost . Also a bar/cafe during the summer.

We are able to arrange airport transfers if required and our property managers in Cyprus will meet you at our holiday home on your arrival and will be available during your stay in the event of you having any questions/issues. We are also able to arrange cot/high chair hire. A Welcome Pack of essential supplies would await your arrival.

If another booking finishes on your start date, check in is not possible before 1600. If another booking starts on your end date, check out will be required before 1100.

The Paphos District

There are many archaeological sites in and around Paphos, including The Tombs of the Kings site which is within easy walking distance. The Troodos Mountains, an hour away by car, offer skiing in the winter, picturesque villages, wineries, monasteries and wonderful scenery. There are 3 golf courses in the Paphos area: Secret Valley, Minthis and the championship course at Aphrodite Hills. Secret Valley is 18 km. east of Paphos, measures 5904 m. and plays to par 71. Minthis (formerly Tsada) is 20 minutes drive north of Paphos and is 550 m. above sea level ensuring cooling breezes during the summer months. It measures 6060 m. and plays to par 72. The championship course at Aphrodite Hills measures 6299 m. and plays to par 70.

Tomb of the Kings

The property is 5 minutes walk from a sandy beach and 3 minutes walk from the Tombs of the Kings Road where you will find numerous tavernas, restaurants, bars, shops small supermarkets and Lidl. The Harbour Area with its open air fish restaurants and Paphos Town with its winding streets, markets and high street shops are both 20 minutes walk away. Alternatively, a bus stop is 3 minutes walk and buses travel in both directions every 15 minutes, e.g. to the Harbour Area, Paphos Town, the Water Park or Coral Bay with its renowned beach which offers comprehensive facilities and a full range of water sports.

"Superb accommodation and Resort!"

I stayed here with my brother and sister for a family holiday - my mum should have been staying too, unfortunately she broke her leg on the 2nd day of her stay with my aunt a week earlier, who lives in Paphos. Poor mum spent 3 weeks in Paphos General Hospital. Anyway, the town house is superbly appointed with everything you could need; a well equipped kitchen with a washing machine plus every electrical item you can think of...., lovely well appointed bedrooms and en-suites with lots of lovely thick towels..... There's a patio outside the lounge which we used every day for breakfast and lunch sometimes. The pool is well maintained and has enough sun lounges for all who want them most of the time - if they are all in use there are sunbeds in the box in the town house garden to use. The pool bar was too handy! and was staffed by a lovely Russian lady - nothing was too much trouble. We found it particularly good at night when a few of us would congregate to chat over a glass of wine - not too far back home and incredibly reasonable prices!! £2.80 for a large glass of wine and a pint of larger. Its a very short 5 minute walk to Lidl from the resort and as you'd expect, great prices! What surprised me was the choice, we never shopped anywhere else. A bottle of German sparkling wine (exactly like Prosecco) was just £2.10!! and delicious! There are a couple of bars within a few minutes walk, and there are a lot more some 10 minutes away; we ate a number of times at O'Neils and had drinks there a couple of nights. Not the cheapest but definitely a brilliant atmosphere and always busy - quick efficient service too! We also enjoyed eating at the Farmhouse Tavern over the road from O'Neils. Superb Cypriot food, lovely friendly service and a reasonably priced evening menu. We spent our days (when not visiting Paphos General) around the pool chatting with the people staying there, at Coral Beach, or visiting the Harbour and enjoying a glass of wine admiring the view! The weather was excellent, very hot and sunny, typical of Cyprus. Max was on hand if needed. We had a few issues with our return journey home (Mum and the broken leg) and Brian was brilliant and flexible with us staying a little longer. All in all I would whole heartedly recommend this superbly appointed Townhouse! We will be back!! Mum in one piece next time!

"Townhouse is home from home in a very nice complex."

Townhouse in a nice sunny location and handy for the Lidl supermarket, bus stop and restaurants. You can walk to the old town, along to the Mall or the coastal walk both ways from behind the Venus Hotel opposite from Lidl Supermarket. The complex is clean an quiet and in a nice location.

"Home from home"

Fantastic house with all home comforts, clean and tidy on arrival, beds very comfortable. Owner and property manager easy to get hold of if nessessary. Pool and bar within a few steps of the front door. TV and Wifi very good, good location for bars, shops and bus route. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing break.

"Excellent Holiday in perfect location"

Recently spent two weeks in the F1 townhouse - couldn't ask for more from the accommodation, everything was as described and well maintained and clean. Max the property agent organised my taxi transfer for me and met me at the accommodation and showed me round the property and showed me where everything was and how everything worked. Pool was clean and immaculate and the bar, ran by Ivan was great too, well priced food and drinks, couldn't have asked for more

We recently was fortunate to stay in this property for two weeks, and hope to return at the first available opportunity. The wonderful experience started when we first contacted the owner regarding availability and only ended when we unfortunately had to shut the door for the last time when leaving for the airport to come home. Its always difficult to choose a property to rent from the amount out there and a wrong choose can wreck your whole experience of a place. Please rest assured that if you choose this one you wont be disappointed in any way. The booking process was simple and well assisted in any requirements by the owner Brian who was always available on the telephone, or prompt to answer any email enquiries. He organised our airport transfers, who in turn, contacted the local agent who was there on arrival to meet and greet you and show you around the property and show you where everything was and how it worked. On arrival a free of charge welcome pack, with essentials such as bread, butter, milk and cereals etc. was waiting for us, which was very handy as we arrived very late in the evening. The actual house was very well equipped, exceptionally clean and the perfect centre for a self catering holiday. We never actually cooked in there as we went out for all our meals, but all the equipment was readily available if cooking on holiday is your thing. The beds were very comfortable and the linen spotlessly clean, as were the bathrooms and the rest of the house. Open the door and within seconds you are a beautifully maintained pool, which is cleaned on a daily basis, at the other end of the pool is a small bar that serves all types of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, along with a selection on well priced snacks and meals. The bar is run by one of the nicest gentlemen that you could ever wish to meet called Ivan, nothing, and I mean nothing is too much hassle for him. Before we arrived I didn't know how much time we would spend in the bar, but it ended up as one of the centre for our holiday. Some of our party would meet there for breakfast, they would have snack for lunch and we would meet up there before going out elsewhere on the evening, and Ivan become a true Friend. The location of this property is ideal as it is far enough off the beaten track to be quiet, but only 2-3 minutes from the nearest bar restaurant and the main road for buses and all other attractions. To some this property up, it is the ideal rental property in so many ways ..

"lovely relaxing way to spend a well earned break"

The house itself was very clean and the pictures on the owners website were true down to the very last detail which isnt always the case we were just 2 but 4 people would have the same amenities and plenty of space with en suite facilities and a balcony to each bedroom The lounge diner equipped with everything you could ppssibly need We didnt use the tv as we are not very tech minded and it wasnt straight frward but any little problems like that Max who looks after the place was only a call away we didnt bother as a break from tv was welcome we did use the wifi as it was nice to skype the family as a self catering unit it was perfect right down to toilet rolls we didnt need to buy any toiletries at all the provision of outdoor toeels for the sunbeds by the very clean and warm swimming pool was appreciated and we took advantage of the bar and cafe onsite which was run by Ian and Carol who look after the sunbeds brollies and make you feel completely relaxed with there helpfulness whether its food and drink relaxing by the pool info on nightlife restarants hire cars absolutely everything to make sure you have a good time. A hire car is not necesary as a bus service is a few minutes walk away and ther are a few restaurants and a lidl also a few minutes walk away and another supermarket about ten/15 minute walk away We found a lovely italian restarant a few stops on the bus in the tombs of the kings area which Ian recomended and when we mentioned Ians name we were given a 10 euro discount and this happened a couple of times on Ians recommendations whcih we thought was very nice also we went on a luxery day on a lovely boat where we had lnclusive lunch drinks entertainment and swimming for those that wanted it was a full day also on Ians recommendation I tthink the only downside to this place would have to be its not really suitable if you were in a wheelchair as although we did see a disabled gentleman enjoying the pool and its facilities I saw them arrive in a car I think it would be very difficult for the wheelchair but my husband has quite difficulty walking he managed quite well with the few steps etc While we were there we had 1 bad day when it poured with rain and Ian knocked on our door to see if we needed anything from the supermarket and Carol arived at lunchtime with 2 plates of freshly cooked quiche fries and salad and a lovely cake this was a most unexpected and unbelievable act of kindness and although carol didnt know it was my birthday and one i wont forget in a hurry and it was only our second day so actually a marvallous way to start and the friendliness and kindness was everywhere we went all 2 weeks I can recomend this place in all honesty as a gem a 5 star gem
