Oracle Exclusive resort is located just off Tomb of the Kings Road and is ideally situated to enable you to enjoy all the bars, restaurants and amenities that this area has to offer but far enough away to enable you to relax from the hustle and bustle.

Our privately owned spacious penthouse apartment occupies a prime location within the complex being situated with direct views over the swimming pool and with a huge terrace that is ideal for any sun worshippers as it receives the sun for a large proportion of the day. With five sun loungers and large parasol provided there will be no need to get up at six in the morning to put your towel on a sunbed in order to reserve your place around the pool......................................................just nip down occasionally to have a dip and cool off!

The terrace also has a table and chairs to enable you to enjoy al fresco dining or to simply sit back and relax with a glass of wine.

The apartment itself has a large lounge/dining area, with TV, iPod docking station and table and chairs and a well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, washing machine, iron and ironing board, microwave, toaster and toasted sandwich maker. There is one double and one twin bedroom, a babies travel cot, an en-suite bathroom and a family bathroom, it is air conditioned throughout and is easily accessed by means of stairs or lift.

The complex offers a reception area, a large communal swimming pool with separate small children's pool, a poolside bar providing drinks and light snacks and a well equipped gym and spa facilities. Guests have free use of the gym and discounted use of the spa. There is also wi-fi available at an additional cost paid for at reception.

For those with a car there are ample parking spaces available however car hire isn't necessary as the complex only lies 10 – 15 minutes walk away from Tomb of the Kings Road where there are restaurants providing eating options ranging from traditional Cypriot food to Italian through to fast food outlets. A new feature in the area is the Kings Avenue Shopping Mall which as well as providing the ultimate shopping experience in the most modern shopping mall in Cyprus also offers several eating outlets and a multiplex cinema.

A 10 – 15 minute walk in the other direction will take you to Paphos Old Town where there are even more places to eat or to have a drink while you watch the world go by and a daily market and numerous small independent shops.

In addition the local bus service is cheap and reliable and provides routes to most of the local attractions such as the harbour area with its numerous bars and restaurants as well as the Archaeological Park with its Roman mosaics and amphitheatre, Coral Bay with its sandy beaches, the Waterpark and Paphos Zoo.

Indeed Paphos has something for everyone and as an added bonus boasts an annual average of 10.4 hours of sunshine per day!

The Paphos District

Paphos is a city that is rich in history and culture with archaelogical evidence that it has existed since the neolithic period as well as being believed to be the birthplace of the Greek Goddess of Love 'Aphrodite'. In addition it boasts sandy beaches and an enviable climate and offers something for everyone.

Some attractions include: -

The Tomb of the Kings (just 10 minutes walk from the apartment) - a large underground burial ground with many of the tombs sculpted out of solid rock and dating back to the 4th century BC. Listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Paphos Archaelogical Park - famous for sites dating from prehistoric times up to the middle ages but best known for its spectacular Roman mosaics.

Akamas Peninsular - covering 230 square kilometres and surrounded by mountains, and forests which contain 530 plant species that are endemic to Cyprus.

Aphrodite's Rock - situated between Paphos and Limassol the rock is believed to be sacred and legend says that this is the place where Aphrodite emerged from the sea in 1200BC.

Aphrodite Water Park - situated at the far eastern end of the Kato Paphos coastal road the water park offers a great day out for people of all ages and can be easily reached using the local bus service.

Paphos Zoo - situated near Agios Georgios/Coral Bay area in a natural setting the zoo contains lakes, ponds and gardens and houses the third largest bird collection in Europe. There are also giraffes, monkeys as well as a childrens farm where the children can interact with the animals.

Tomb of the Kings

Located in a quiet area but only 10 minutes walk from the Tomb of the Kings Road with it's many restaurants, bars and shops as well as the Kings Avenue Shopping Mall.

In the opposite direction is the Old Town area with more restaurants and bars as well as the daily market and small independent shops.

Coral Bay is just 15 - 20 minutes bus ride away with the local beach only 15 minute walk away.

The harbour area, with it's many waterside restaurants and bars, is 10 minutes bus ride away.
