Quiet and peaceful but only minutes from village amenities, bars, supermarkets, 45 minutes from Puerto Banus.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

Situated on the edge of the Sierra de Las Nieves national park. Ideal for walking, mountain biking and pony trekking. There was a moorish settlement where Tolox is now situated. There is a Victorian spa where people from all over Spain go to take the waters for various medical conditions.

Ronda is about 50 minutes drive from the villa along mountain roads which have spectacular views. Granada is about 2 hours drive away, a visit to the Alhambra Palace is a must. Gibraltar with the duty free shopping is also about 2 hours away.


Tolox area

There are a number of festivals which take place in the village including the feria in August. On Palm Sunday the entire community, including the Mayor and officials, attend the parade of the statue of Jesus on the donkey from the church through the village, depicting his journey into Calvary, the girls of the village carry the statue through arches of palm fronds. Other local villages also have feria in summer months.

English speaking property management company cares for villa, they will arrange for welcome pack to visitors order to be at villa on arrival. The pool is not fenced and all children should be supervised at all times.


Conditions

£100 non-returnable deposit on booking, balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. £150 returnable security deposit payable with balance of rental, returnable within 14 days after departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). Reasonable usage of electricity is included in the rental costs.
