Further details outdoors: La Vigna sets on the hills and is a charming Umbrian stone house recently restored according to its country origins: it has comfortable services. The house has been furnished with care in rustic style and has been personalized by the owners with coloured tapestries and quality finishings. The country house is surrounded by cultivated fields and woods; it has a dominant position with an enchanting view and it is reachable by a country road (generally well kept) about km.1,5 long. With a pleasant walking on the hills, it is possible to reach the gorgeous villages of Compignano (approx.km 1,5 away) and Morcella (approx. km.2 away) where small grocery shops are. The covered terrace on the first floor of the house is panoramic and equipped both to eat outside and to relax: it is ideal as a private area to be used also when the weather is not good. Near the country house there is a pergola with young vine plants, equipped with table and chairs ideal for "al fresco" dinners. In the small dependance near the main house there is a laundry with washing machine and ironing facilities, the wood burning oven and the barbecue. Few meters on the back of the main house sets a very nice and equipped swimming-pool (m12xm6); it is in a very sunny position turned towards the sunset. It is possible to rent the property with different rates according to the number of people: with the special offer price per 6 people, in low season, clients use the ground floor only, and the first floor will be closed.
