Home description
Pacavillage is a fully restored farm that maintains its old charm but adds facilities that will make your holiday a time to remember. The house, ideal for families of friends, can be rent singly or each of the apartments can be rent individually. Each apartment has its own separate entrance; each has its own independent facilities inclusive of terraces (our pacavillage website details) and each is fully sound proof to guarantee maximum tranquillity. The apartments have access to a south facing swimming pool and guests can spend a wonderful time walking in the forest, cycling, horse riding and carrying out other activities. The property borders, down the valley, the Arnata river which itself flows into the Tiber river and down to Rome.
From Pacavillage you can easily reach all the historic towns in central Italy, from Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Deruta and many more as well as Rome to the south and Florence to the north. You can spend a wonderful time at the Marmore falls (Italy's most beautiful), sky in winter, or just travel to the seaside (either East or West) which you will reach in about 2 hours. But many other pleasant surprises await you.

Todi area
Todi has received the University of Kentucky award as the "ideal" town, the best living-in town in the world, and it is quickly developing as an important tourist centre in Europe. Its history goes back some 3000 years and wherever you go you will find a historic place. Starting May each year, the city develops a full programme of activities mainly held in the city's square, one of the most beautiful in Italy.
How to get there
Ryanair flies from Stanstead to Perugia St. Egidio airport, just 30 minutes away, 3 times weekly. Easyjet, Ryanair and other carriers fly to Rome's airports, just 1.5 hours away from all countries. You can hire your road transport facilities directly at airports, else please ask and we will arrange car hire facilities locally. Pick up and departure can be arranged.

Further details indoors: Facilities described are for the full house. Apartments 1 and 2 (which can be linked) offer two double bedrooms (Extra single beds can be added), one lounge with a sofa bed (and room for an extra bed), two bathrooms, kitchen and small lounge and access to terraces. The apartment has cookers, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, iron, hairdryer, central heating and a TV. Apartment 3 offers two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (the first with iacuzzi bath, the other with iacuzzi shower) for up to 5 people, super kitchen, private lounge with satellite tv, entry hall, dining room for up to 12 people and private study with internet adsl access facilities. Apartments have access to a washing machine, fax and high-speed internet. Detailed information for each apartment is given at our pacavillage website.
Further details outdoors: The property sits in the middle of the hills, amongst olive growes, vineries and forests and is renowned for its tranquillity. It borders old roman road number 5 which links two rivers, the Arnata and the Tiber. The swimming pool faces south and is exposed to the sun from early morning to late evening. It is 140 cm in depth, 5 meters times 10 meters in size, which makes it safe for small children accompanied by their parents and offers good privacy to the guests. There are deck chairs and other facilities available.
The alpacas live a distance from the property in their own compound. Guests can have access to the animals, which are very shy and not aggressive, but must take appropriate care to maintain their natural habitat. The owner will not be responsible for any possible mishaps happening as a result of the guest entering the compound.
The property is reached through a path which comes off the main provincial road linking Todi to Avigliano and then Terni. Very adequate shops are at 5 minutes drive in Todi, and larger shopping centres at about 30 minutes both south and north.

Rent of each apartment will call for:
- A breakages deposit of 100 Euros on arrival, for flat 1 and 2; a deposit of 500 Euro on arrival for flat 3. Deposits are refundable on departure
- In winter, a heating cost of 10 Euros/day to be added to the bill.
We offer weekly towels and linen change as well as cleaning but pool towers are not included.
