Very spacious villa, right on the beach, in a delightful gated community of 10 villas. The property has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, but vast living room has comfortable sofas, sleep 8 possible. Ideal family holiday for those wanting to take advantage of non Euro currency, year round sun and a huge variety of water sports.
The villa has a lovely tropical garden, and a large terrace for year round Al-Fresco dining, and a large infinity pool All with wonderful views of the Atlantic. There is a private parking space for 2. The area is very safe but nevertheless the community is gated and enjoys 24 hour security.
The master bedroom upstairs has French windows opening out on to a spectacular wrap around terrace, with stunning beach and sea views. It is possible to walk along the beach to the village of Aglou, with simple shopping and a couple of wonderful sea food restaurants.

The Agadir region
Tisnet is charming town with shops, restaurants cafes a hospital, and a very interesting old Souk with in particular a famous silver market. It is the local centre of government.
Tiznit / Aglou-Plage area
The widest selection of watersports is available, the beaches are wonderful. Half an hour away is the artistic town of Mirleft, with a variety of Art galleries, and French and Ethnic restaurants. A wonderful Moroccan restaurant is to be found in an ancient fort, converted by its French owner into a fascinating hotel.
How to get there
Fly to Agadir, many Air Lines service this town. Aglou Plage is 15 minutes from Tisnet, 90 minutes from Agadir, rental Car best, Taxi possible.

Conditions
The telephone will be disconnected except by prior arrangement in which case a deposit against bills will be required. Overcharge will be refunded on receipt of bill(up to two months) excess will be charged
On agreement of holiday period 50% of total rental will be payable, balance of 50% due 6 weeks prior to occupation. Deposit is non refundable unless re-let at full price is effected, in which case 50% may be returned.
