Home description

A very spacious villa, right on the beach.The home is decorated in a modern style.The general living area is completely open plan and vast with stunning ocean views.
The villa has stunning landscaped gardens, and a large terrace for year round Al-Fresco dining, and a 10 x 5 metre infinity pool.
All with wonderful views of the Atlantic ocean.. There is a private parking space for 3. The area is extremely safe but the community is gated and enjoys 24 hour security. This lavish property is filled with tasteful arts and furnishings. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with an oven & hob, fridge/freezer,microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and the elegant and tasteful dining area can accommodate up to eight guests. There is free wifi access, satellite(sky) tv, dvd and a 42" plasma tv to enjoy.

The bedrooms are all colour coordinated and extremely relaxing. All of the bathrooms have baths with a very large corner bath in the upstairs suite.s The upstairs suite has a walk in dressing area between the bedroom and bathroom. This bedroom offers the most stunning sea views.

The Agadir region

Agadir, 100 kms to the north, is a major resort area and has a number of attractions, notably the old city, the beach hotels and a Marjane hypermarket. An International Airport serves as a gateway directly to most of Europe and the world via Casablanca.

Agadir is extremely popular with beach lovers. In the hotter summer months, the breeze from the Atlantic Ocean is very welcome. Be aware that there are areas in the sea where there are strong undercurrents. Families, sun seekers, golfers and aqua sporting enthusiasts will enjoy a day trip to Agadir.

Agadir was rebuilt two kilometres away from the original centre of the old town which happened to be the epicentre of the earthquake. It is a city of broad palm-lined boulevards and modern buildings. The five star hotels are excellent with swimming pools and spa treatments facilities, bars and clubs. In the centre of the original town is a garden of remembrance for the thousands of earthquake victims. Agadir is famous for its fish and has a very busy port. The best time to visit the port is at the end of the day when the boats return with their catch. The bustling fish market has become a tourist attraction. The Kasbah, nine kilometres from the centre is worth a visit for the marvellous views over the town and the ocean. The beach is long and wide with good sporting facilities. Camel rides are available along the sands.

Tiznit / Aglou-Plage area

The local town of Tiznit is 15km away from the complex. Banks, shops, souk, doctors, hospitals, private clinic, restaurants are all located within the town. The local Souks (markets) also sells fresh fruit, fish, vegetables, bread, meat and a variety spices and herbs. Tiznit is steeped in Moroccan history and is beautiful in its design and culture. Berbers of Tiznit are known for their warm and friendly hospitality.

The small town of Mirlift is 30 km form the complex where local culture has to be seen and experienced.Mirleft has a charming local market every Monday.

The village of Aglou (distance 3km) provides a grocery store,bakery and a variety of beach side restaurants. Down at the harbour, local fishermen sell fresh fish, squid, and lobster.

Activities that may interest include quadbiking, fishing, surfing, hangliding, walks, hammans & massage, 4x4 adventures, shopping and horse riding.

How to get there

Nearest Airport is Agadir 1 hour and 15 minutes away. Taxis are readily available and hire cars also.
Ryanair and Royal air Maroc fly direct to Agadir from the UK.
Aer Lingus and sunway holidays fly from Ireland.

Vale d'Aglou is a new, private development on the Atlantic coast, just over an hour south of Agadir - direct flights from U.K. Collection from airport, and car hire can be arranged. Beach cafes and hotel terrace restaurant just 2k further along the beach at Aglou Plage. Our local town of Tiznit is only 15k away, and has a famous silver souk, supermarket, banks etc. Local activities include windsurfing, deep sea fishing, hang-gliding, quad biking, jeep safaris etc. This villa has Sat TV(sky) DVDs etc in this exclusive development.

6 sun loungers, bbq, 2 relaxing armchairs and a dining table with benches to comfortably seat 6 persons.
The owners has has the entire garden replanted recently giving a beautiful scene at the edge of the Atlantic ocean.The infinity pool is 10 metres by 5 metres and the deepest end is 2.5 metres.
Tenants should take care around the infinity edge of the pool area.

Further details

This property sleeps a maximum of 6 people.
a non refundable deposit of 25% of the rental will secure the booking.
The balance of rental should be paid with 6 weeks of the arrival date.
A refundable security deposit of £500 will be required and returned within 1 week of departure.
Travel insurance should be taken by the tenant. The home owner does not take responsibility for accidents around the home.

Common sense caution should apply when walking or running on wet tiles surfaces.The area around the infinity pool edge can be dangerous and people should not walk on this area whatsoever.

MAID SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED DAILY AND IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL RATES.
YOUR MAID MAY PREPARE MEALS FOR YOU UPON REQUEST .

We can arrange for car hire atthe house for the duration of your stay.


Towels and linen are provided for use around the villa but they are not to be used outside of the boundary of the property.
