Offering unobstructed views of fields and wooded valley with access to 240 acres of beautiful Devon countryside, teaming with wildlife you are likely to see red, roe or fallow deer wandering past. Perfect location for people seeking peace and tranquillity whilst offering great opportunities for walkers. The property also benefits from large gardens.

Situated on the edge of Exmoor National Park and close to the Somerset border, an ideal centre for much to do and explore ranging from shops, traditional market towns, good pubs, riding, golf, tennis, shooting and fishing with other attractions to suit all tastes including Diggerland, Wimbleball Reservoir, historic Exeter City with its museums, leisure facilities, restaurants, high street shops, cinema, theatre and much more. Or Tiverton Castle and Canal, Grand Western Horseboat, Crealy Adventure Park, various National Trust properties and gardens. The English Riviera with The Deep and Kents Caverns and a variety of sandy family beaches are also a short drive away to the north and south. The accommodation is the annexe of the farmhouse and is completely private (the mainhouse is empty during your stay), and offers ONE bedroom: double with TV, DVD and Freeview. Bathroom: walk in wet room with large shower and WC with hand grips. Lounge: cosy with TV, DVD, Freeview and woodburner. Separate large sun room accessed from the outside, overlooking the patio area. Kitchen: large with double oven and grill, five ring gas hob burner, microwave, food processor, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: large garden, patio area with seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking in the property. 2 dogs welcome, more by arrangement. Additional info: 2 kennels available. Location: beach 40 minutes, pub 1.5miles, shop 5 miles. Arrival: 3.30pm.
