The beautiful Blackdown Hills of East Devon beckon from the gallops of the Millman racing stables, where within the grounds, Kintyre Cottage occupies its own private position. Each day you will be treated to the morning procession of horses as they file past the cottage on their way to their morning gallop, an impressive treat that the all the family will love to watch.

For dog owners tired of poor standard holiday cottages, Kintyre Cottage is the cottage for you. With walks on your doorstep and an enclosed gated garden patio, your dogs will remain happy and secure and you will be impressed by the sheer luxury of this beautiful holiday cottage.

The Interior:
Kintyre Cottage is a stylish and very attractive modern cottage. Oak floors and soft leather settees beckon through French doors that open from the lounge into an attractive enclosed patio and parking area. The open plan kitchen dining room is impressively fitted with granite work tops and top of the range appliances.

Upstairs the master bedroom is elegantly furnished with china blue and cream luxurious linen and a decorative Kingsize bed.
Quality mattresses in all three bedrooms ensure your complete comfort, each one tastefully and individually furnished.

A family bathroom is fitted with oversized bath and separate shower cubicle and compliments a further shower room on the ground floor.

Outside:
Guests have full use of the 30 acres of the stables and are welcome to a tour of the stables by the owner. The seven furlong gallops are fenced and secure making it ideal for families with children or dogs, and can be used once the horses have finished their exercise, most afternoons.

Parking for two cars on the gravel driveway.

Nearby:
Located just outside the town of Cullompton, day trips to explore Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks or the dramatic Jurassic coastline are within a half hour drive. Visit the market town of Honiton, just over five miles where you will find a wealth of interesting independent shops, cafes, tea rooms and restaurants. There is also a supermarket just outside the town centre.

For younger children Crealy Adventure Park is within a half hour drive as is the nearest beach at Exmouth.

A local village pub and shops are within ¾ mile.
