The West Country / Devon region
North Devon and Exmoor is rich in spectacular coastline and diverse as it is beautiful. Visit the little town of South Molton that borders the southern fringes of Exmoor National Park, where heatherclad moorland dotted with ancient farms and villages straddle the Somerset border.
An area famous for the diversity and abundance of its resident wildlife, it is also rich in tradition. Excellent local produce is always in abundance in village shops, famers' markets and local farm shops. The coastal villages of Lynton and Lynmouth with their pebbled beaches and traditional tea rooms are romantically unspoiled. With easy access to Barnstable and the North Coast beaches this area is a perfect destination to unwind and re charge and enjoy the traditional values that Devon has to offer.
The invigorating coastline, boasting award-winning beaches offers a variety of activities: whether creating a sandcastle masterpiece; flying kites along the scenic coastline; venturing into the Atlantic waves to surf, dive, kayak or swim; the North Devon coastline has something for everyone, whatever the time of year.
The Tiverton / West Anstey area
Whilst many guests will find relaxing on the patio overlooking the valley the epitome of their holiday, for those who wish to explore, the beautiful village of Dulverton in the hear of Exmoor has a great range of shops, pubs and restaurants and is just a ten minute car journey. Less than an hour will take you to the cathedral city of Exeter or north to the coastal beaches of Saunton Sands, Braunton, Wollacombe and Croyde. South Molton just fifteen minutes has a twice weekly market, fine butchers, chemist and a supermarket.

From M5 Junction 27 proceed towards Tiverton on the A361.
At the roundabout at Tiverton turn right and follow the signs firstly to Bampton and then you will pick up the signs to South Molton – keep on this B3227 until you see a right hand turn to East Anstey.
Turn right here and proceed through the village passing a garage/coach station on your right, the road goes around to the left and you will proceed up a hill past the village school.
Turn left at the first lane you come to after the school and this is Dunsley Hill – proceed along for approx one mile and Dunsley Mill is the first property on your right hand aside..
