Situated on the edge of Exmoor National Park and close to the Somerset border, an ideal centre for much to do and explore ranging from shops, traditional market towns, good pubs, riding, golf, tennis, shooting and fishing with other attractions to suit all tastes including Diggerland, Wimbleball Reservoir, historic Exeter City with its museums, leisure facilities, restaurants, high street shops, cinema, theatre and much more. Or Tiverton Castle and Canal, Grand Western Horseboat, Crealy Adventure Park, various National Trust properties and gardens. The English Riviera with The Deep and Kents Caverns and a variety of sandy family beaches are also a short drive away to the north and south. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, electric and central heating included except from 1 October - 30 April when there is a £30 charge per week payable to the owner on arrival.
