The barns overlook unspoilt countryside and have walks direct from the farm connecting with the Two Moors Way. Rackenford village is 1.5 miles away with the Stag Inn shop and Post Office. Rackenford is central for access to both North and South Devon coasts Exmoor and Dartmoor. Outside: small lawn area to the front of the barn and use of the larger lawn area if required. Garden furniture and BBQ. Visitors are welcome to wander over the farm (depending on the crops). Plenty of wildlife including badgers and red deer also a small lake that may be fished. Shared utility: outside with access to washing machine. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric and heating included. 1 small dog welcome. Regret no smoking. Location: beach 25 miles. Pub and shop 1.5 miles. Town 9 miles. The warm and cosy accommodation consists of TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Large landing area which could accommodate a cot. Shower room: with large shower cubicle and WC. Further W/C downstairs. Lounge/diner/kitchen: downstairs open-plan with solid wood flooring underfloor heating sofa TV/DVD with Freeview hi-fi and selection of books. Kitchen is hand-crafted and houses an electric oven hob fridge microwave and dishwasher. Arrival: 3pm.
