'Trotters' is a beautifully converted detached stone barn offering panoramic views over rural countryside in peaceful surroundings. The barn has a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with dining area, comfortable lounge with wood-burning stove, flat screen television ,now with full sky sports package. DVD player and free wi-fi. Ground floor double bedroom with en-suite shower room. First floor king-sized bedroom and twin bedded room, both with en-suite bathrooms. The barn has full oil-fired central heating and enjoys its own private terraced garden, situated within 23 acres of rolling hills and gentle countryside. Superb indoor and outdoor facilities include heated indoor swimming pool, trampoline and games room. The village of Witheridge, situated half a mile away, hosts a pub, post office and general store, newsagent and churches. Whatever the season Newhouse Farm offers a peaceful location with abundant wildlife including resident badgers, barn owls and red deer. The perfect place to relax!

Newhouse Farm Cottages is situated between the two market towns of Tiverton and South Molton. The barn enjoys beautiful views over-looking rolling countryside and is ideally situated for exploring Exmoor's gentle heather clad hills and Dartmoor's rugged splendour.

Tiverton, on the River Exe, boasts an excellent shopping centre, pannier market, an award-winning museum and the Grand Western Canal Country Park where horse-drawn barge trips and peaceful tow-path walks can be enjoyed. South Molton is rich in traditional architecture, the Guildhall building housing a glass-roofed pannier market.
