Situated on the edge of a small stone village near Radovici with no passing traffic and fully fenced it is safe for all ages. Close to Przno beach - a Blue Flag, shallow sandy bay voted by Lonely Planet guide as the best beach in Montenegro! Large gardens and private pool are fully equipped for lazing in the sun and you can dine al fresco looking out over the Boka Bay.
For the energetic there is a table tennis table, volley ball net and croquet lawn. To make your holiday complete the Villa has a free car for local shopping and beach trips !

The Coastal Montenegro / Boka Kotorska Fjord region
Montenegro is a stunning country with great scenery and UNESCO world heritage sites. It has a hot and sunny climate with swimming in the sea from the end of April until October. The coastal region offers great sightseeing and nightlife or take a trip to the Mountains and sample the Tara Canyon and its endless possibilities for adrenalin sports.

Tivat / Radovici area
Villa Maslina is close to the blue flag,safe sandy beach at Przno(known locally as Plavi Horizonte).It has sun beds for hire, pedaloes, ice creams and a bar / restaurant. Good parking and a grassy picnic area with pine trees make this an ideal holiday beach.Within very easy reach of the Villa is the Ancient walled town of Kotor (15mins), Historic Venetian town of Perast and its islands (30 mins) Lovcen National Park and Lake Skadar (1 hr).
Lustica Peninsular on your doorstep has many other beaches and good restaurants and you can take a boat trip to the Blue Cave or around the Gulf of Kotor. In Radovici Village (5 mins) there is a supermarket,cash machine,doctor, post office and several bars,cafes and beach shops. The walks are fantastic around the Villa and you can wander along old paths and look at the many Austro Hungarian forts that dot the coastline.
Nightlife varies from waterside cafes to excellent nightclubs in Kotor (Maximus) and Budva. The seafront at Budva heaves all summer with every sort of entertainment and watersports. (25mins) Taxis are cheap and safe and you will find ME the safest country in Europe.
How to get there
Fly to Dubrovnik (1,25hrs transfer) with Easy Jet,Fly 2, BA etc, Fly direct to Montenegro from Gatwick with Montenegro Airlines(transfer 15 mins), Ferry from Italy (Bari or Ancona) to Bar (transfer to Villa 1hr). Excellent transport links to all European countries. All major car hire firms at Dubrovnik and recommend Azalea Car Hire in Tivat.Free transfers from Tivat Airport and car for local trips included.

Further details indoors: Comfortably furnished with everything you need for a great holiday. The main house has two ground floor bedrooms one double and one twin. Both have original features and are fully furnished with comfortable beds and quality bed linen. The double has its own terrace and en suite and the twin has an adjacent shower room and access to the courtyard.
An original hallway with atmospheric lights has stairs leading to the living floor.
A fully fitted kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The dining room has a large oak table and chairs seating up to 12 and off this is the comfy snug with Sky TV (sports channels) sound system, DVDs and internet access (bring your own laptop) French doors lead out to wide terraces and the guest wing.
Continuing upstairs is a large double room with twin aspect balconies with far reaching sea views. On this floor is also a single room with balcony and sea views and these two bedrooms share a shower room.
In the guest wing on the ground floor is a double bedroom and a twin bedded room both with en suite shower rooms. On the living floor is a large sitting room with arm chairs,sofa's books games and a drinks/beverage bar. Both wings of the house have a log burner. Lots of light and sun. Doors to wrap round terraces on the living level joining both wings.
The Villa is at the end of a small lane with no passing traffic,the village itself has very little traffic and you can walk to the beach on footpaths.On 3 sides of the property you look over woods going down to the sea, to the rear outside the boundary are a cluster of stone houses. It is private and secure. There may be occasional distant sound from aircraft.
Further details outdoors: Fantastic gardens with totally private pool. Sun all day on the terraces. Lots of furnished eating and relaxing areas, large charcoal BBQ .Fully equipped with sun beds ,gazebo and games deck. Secure parking and laundry room with space to store beach gear. Roof top terrace with panoramic views of Adriatic,Gulf of Kotor and Lovcen Mountain. Room to be together or private space to be alone and read a book!

Conditions
No smoking in the bedrooms or dining room. Pets by arrangement. Damage deposit of 150 Euro or £ payable locally and re funded on departure. Once the booking is accepted 10% deposit payable then balance 90 days in advance of arrival. For short notice bookings under 90 days the whole amount is payable on acceptance.
