The front door opens directly into a beamed open-plan living room which occupies the whole of the ground floor, with a neatly fitted kitchen area, pine dining suite and lounge seating arranged before a hearth formed from an original mill stone with a coal effect electric fire. A carpeted staircase leads directly up from the lounge to a small first floor landing where there are a fully tiled bathroom W.C. with hand basin and shower over the bath and two cottage style bedrooms with a double and twin beds respectively. Both bedrooms have glimpses of the sea in the distance. Outside, there is a sheltered picnic area with slate chippings and a lawned area for the sole use of this property in addition to the sizeable shared grassy garden where children can play freely away from any farm traffic. There is space for one car adjacent to the property with additional parking in the courtyard.
