Home description

Bramble Cottage is a 2 bedroom, end of terrace house in a private courtyard with ten mews style houses. Excellent views across the Cornish countryside, with fields and farmland at rear. Small courtyard area with seating in front of the house. Parking for three cars. The house is immaculately clean, bright and airy with a lovely 'open feel'. Tresparrett is a lovely friendly village and is very centrally located for easy exploration of both Bude and Widemouth to the north and Port Isaac, Polzeath and Wadebridge to the south. Less than 5 minutes down to Boscastle.

The West Country / Cornwall region

Tresparrett is a small pleasant village in a rural but not isolated location between Crackington Haven and Boscastle. The local pub, 'The Horseshoe' which is within easy walking distance serves excellent food and was used for the filming of the TV program 'Doc Martin'. A well stocked village shop, including cash machine, is located within half a mile from the house.
Within easy reach of Bude, Widemouth Bay, Port Isaac, Polzeath and Wadebridge etc.

Refundable breakages deposit of £100.00 required with final payment which will be refunded within ten days of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection)
