Near to the Derry River that links the villages of Tinahely and Shillelagh (both about 3 miles away) to the south of the Wicklow Mountains. It is located on the Wicklow Way walk with horse riding and fishing in the area. The 'Dying Cow' pub (established 1798) is within walking distance. Coolattin Golf Club (3 miles) and Mount Wolesley Golf/Countryclub (10 miles). The celebrated Vale of Avoca (14 miles) with the 'Meeting of the Waters'. Sea 20 miles. Garden furniture.

The South East Ireland / County Wicklow region

County Wicklow, just south of Dublin, has a great variety of scenery and is know as the 'Garden of Ireland'. In the east the coastal area is low and sandy.
