Chalet Apartment. Three available bedrooms, all with fitted carpets for extra comfort .First bedroom with a double bed. Second bedroom with double and a single.Third bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed and a small annexe with a single bed,making it particularly suitable for families. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge which converts to a double. In total the apartment accommodates 7-11.
The apartment is furnished to a very high standard. The lounge,has a balcony that overlooks a beautiful lake and the ski slopes, with a cosy log fire, large corner setee making it a very sociable space.There is a huge dining table which converts to a fantastic pool table, in the corner there is a matching bar. All the kitchen facilities are very up-to-date and modern.
The balcony overlooks a beautiful lake and snow covered mountains with views of the ski slopes. Breakfast and 3 course dinner included except for our day off which is Wednesday. Also included is free travel to and from the ski slopes at Les Brevieres.

The Rhone / French Alps / Savoie region
Due to its altitude Tignes has a very reliable snow record which, after recent seasons of reduced snowfall, has encouraged people to choose higher mountain resorts. According to 'The good Ski & Snowboarding Guide 2005' Tignes/Val d'Isere is one of only two ski areas in France listed as 'Snow-sure resorts'.
Tignes boasts a fast & efficient lift system 97 lifts including 2 high speed underground trains (funicular railways) one of which transports you from Tignes Val Claret to the 'Panoramic Restaurant' on the Grand Motte Glacier. All standards are catered for with '5 free lifts for beginners' Les Brevieres is I believe the prettiest village in this area. It is situated approximately halfway between Tignes and Val D'Isere. From les Brevieres one can take the gondola lift up to the Grand Motte.There is also a chair lift, and there is a free drag lift in the village, which we find really useful for beginners, saving them the need to pay for a ski pass, if not for all the week, at least part of it. There are so many runs and different areas to ski here, you really are spoiled for choice, whether you are a beginner or advanced, if you like skiing you'll never get bored here. We love it and I'm sure you will too.
Tignes / Les Brevieres area
If you want to try something new, ice diving, dog sledding, hang gliding, skidoo riding, ice climbing, parascending, ski-joring (being pulled along by horses) , skating, snowshoeing, indoor tennis, heliskiing are all options.
L'Espace Killy is known for its incredible off-piste with good lift access. Also there is a half pipe, boardercross course, some great freeriding & the 1992 Olympics downhill course should you be feeling up for it.
How to get there
Les Brevieres is approx. 2.5 hours drive from either Lyon / Geneva airports, 1.5 hours from Grenoble/Chambery airports.Budget flights available to ChamberywithJet 2. The resort is well serviced from the UK by the Eurostar and Snowtrain, which travels from London to Bourg St Maurice train station. From here it is only 25 minutes by car/taxi.

Further details indoors: We provide a hearty breakfast to start your day. After your days skiing , you will be ready to enjoy a wholesome home cooked three course evening meal, and afterwards relax around the cosy log fire. Perhaps a game of pool on the Pool table, or a sing song on the karaoke machine. There is also a flat-screen television with English TV ,and also a corner bar where you are welcome to provide your own drinks if you so wish.
Further details outdoors: Enclosed, secure ski strorage and boot drying facility for all your ski/ snowboard equipment. The village of Les Brevieres is about 5 minutes walk from the chalet. The balcony overlooks the ski slopes and the lake. A short walk from the chalet there is a free car park.

It is a o two hour bus or train journey from Chambery Airport to the apartment. Whereas from the Geneva Airport it could takes from three hours to the apartment depending on traffic..
The nearest train station is at Bourg St. Maurice, from where we would be more than happy to collect you for a small charge if requested in advance.
The ski train runs from London, St Pancras all the way to Bourg St. Maurice which is 25 minutes aproximately from Les Brevieres.

This price is per person for a minimum of 7 people including breakfast and 3 course dinner. This amazing price includes towels and all linen and free transport to and from the ski slopes at Les Brevieres and unlike most other rentals there are no hidden cleaning costs at the end of your holiday. Alternatively you prefer you can do your own catering from £195 per person.
The apartment will accomodate up to 10 people.
A deposit of £100 per person is required,balanc to be paid on arrival. Payment may be made by credit or debit card, or by cheque.
