The South West of Cowal is known as Argyll's Secret Coast because it is so undiscovered, yet provides so much for the visitor. The area is a perfect escape, bordered by the uniquely spectacular Kyles of Bute and remote Loch Riddon to the South , and Loch Fyne to the West. On the coast, Tighnabruaich is the main town in the area, overlooking the Kyles of Bute to the Island of Bute and providing sailing and watersports and, together with nearby Kames, providing excellent hospitality.
