KITCHEN Open plan contemporary kitchen with electric oven and grill, ceramic hob with extractor and light over, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer. Stone flooring and large granite work surfaces. Two stools to a breakfast bar at the side of the kitchen.
SITTING ROOM / DINING AREA Open plan area with oval, wooden dining table and six chairs. Sitting room has a three seater sofa and two large armchairs. Flat-screen LCD television with DVD/CD player and BOSE iPod docking station.
BEDROOMS Three in total. Master bedroom with king size double bed, bedside tables and lamps, flatscreen plasma colour television and built in wardrobe. En-suite shower room with shower cubicle, w.c, wash hand-basin and heated towel rail. Second bedroom with double bed, bedside tables and lamps, built in wardrobe and dressing table. Access through to the family bathroom. Third bedroom has metal framed 3' separated bunk beds (singles),1 bedside table with lamp. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels included (except those for the beach).
BATHROOMS In addition to the en-suite, there is a tiled family bathroom comprising a partly sunken bath, two wash hand-basins, w.c, large mirrors, heated towel rail and lighting.

OUTSIDE Superb, well-maintained 3 acres of garden grounds with spectacular views of the coastline both east to Bolt Tale and west to Burgh Island. Large barbeque area. Sunbathing terrace.
Residents at Links Court enjoy exclusive use of a private outdoor heated swimming pool,( this has a mechanical cover that occasionally is out of use in high winds) it is not suitable for young children as it is 1.5 meter in depth
Bathroom towels are provided, but BEACH and POOL towels are NOT provided.
Parking for up to two cars per apartment.

The South Hams is one of the most scenic and beautiful locations within the United Kingdom with spectacular coastal walks and in close proximity to the rugged inland walks of Dartmoor. The apartment is situated only 20 minutes by car from the thriving sailing community of Salcombe with its up market shops, bars and restaurants. and 15 minutes from the picturesque village of Kingsbridge.
Thurlestone Golf Club, Tennis Club, the Village Inn, The 5 star Thurlestone Hotel and the 15th century church are all within walking distance of the apartment. A short drive will take you to Salcombe, Hope Cove, Bigbury-on-Sea, Burgh Island and Dartmouth and no more than half an hour by car will take you to Plymouth, Torquay and Exeter. The local beaches have some of the best windsurfing and body-boarding locations in the south west and the many country pubs throughout the region provide an ideal setting for all your dining and drinking requirements.

"Our Hidden Gem"
Loved everything about this apartment. It was bright, spacious, well equipped, very clean and in a lovely location. My husband and I spent a week with our daughter and her two sons, aged 6 and 7. Although we did not have good weather, it was one of the best holidays we have had in recent years. The boys enjoyed the proximity of the beach which was very unspoilt. They could enjoy all the things that boys enjoy at that age. The gardens surrounding the apartment were very child friendly as was the communal b-b-q and seating area. It felt very safe for the boys. Unfortunately we could not use the outdoor swimming pool because of the weather, but hopefully will be able to do so on our return visit this year. There is a nice coastal walk for the adults and an excellent pub and hotel in the very pretty village.
