The rental rate is for the caravan, with linen (sheets) included. Please bring your own towels. Heating, energy is also included in the fee. If you wish to make use of the park entertainment and swimming pool complex and organised activities and entertainment you will need to purchase a park pass which epending on the time of year costs between £25 - £52 per week for the whole group. (NOT per person!)
Conditions
£50 security deposit is required to confirm booking. Full payment required within 4 weeks of arrival. Security deposit is returned at the end of your stay.

There is an excellent range of water sports and other activities within easy reach of Thorness Bay. The Isle of Wight is famously a favourite for people who love sailing and deep sea anglers, but you can also try your hand at windsufing, jet skiing, sailplane flying and hang gliding.
You can visit the whole of the Island during your stay as nothing is too far away.
It's an idyllic base for any festival goers (Bestival & Isle of Wight Festival), sailing enthusiasts (Cowes Week Regatta), or walkers (Walk The Wight).

How do I get to the Isle of Wight?
Car ferries run from Southampton to East Cowes, Portsmouth to Fishbourne, and Lymington to Yarmouth. There are also high-speed passenger ferries that run from Southampton to West Cowes, and Portsmouth to Ryde. If you're travelling via Southampton, you'll need to buy tickets from Red Funnel, click here to go to their website. Once on the Isle of Wight, how do I get to Thorness Bay Holiday Park?
To find the park from Fishbourne: Turn right out of the ferry terminal, following signs for Newport. At the traffic lights approaching the town centre take the right hand lane towards Cowes. At the end of the dual carriageway take the first exit sign posted Yarmouth (A3054). After 1 mile take the first turning to the right and follow the signs to Thorness Bay.
To find the park from Yarmouth: Take the A3054 towards Newport. After Shalfleet, turn left at the garage and follow the road through the villages of Newtown and Porchfield. After 2 miles turn left towards the entrance to the Park.
To find the park from East Cowes: Go straight over the mini roundabout just after the ferry terminal, then take the first right onto York Avenue. At the junction go straight across, following the road round to the left, which takes you onto Ferry Road. This is where the cars cue to get on the little chain bridge to West Cowes. After the chain bridge you're on Medina Road, continue straight ahead, and follow the road when it bends to the left onto Mill Hill Road. Follow this road until you hit a T-junction, where you turn right onto Newport Road (A3020). Take a right (third exit) at the roundabout, and at the next T-junction take a left onto Place Road (B3325). After 200 Yards the road bends sharply to the left, this is where you turn off to the right, and continue to follow the road signs to Thorness Bay.
