Little Walk Cottage sleeps 4 and is ideal for a family. There are two bedrooms, one double bedroom with 6' bed and one twin bedroom (6' double by arrangement). Bathroom with bath, basin, W.C. and heated towel rail. Separate shower room with basin and W.C. Open plan kitchen/dining/living room with a separate garden room that leads onto a terrace that looks out onto the woods and lake beyond.

The property is non smoking. Pets by arrangement only. (This is a working farm with livestock).

Trout fishing by arrangement, use of tennis court. Woodland walks and access to local footpath network in ‘Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’.

Open plan kitchen/dining/living room leading to Garden Room and adjacent terrace overlooking the woods and the lake beyond. Stone floors with rugs throughout with carpeted bedrooms. Wood burning stove (logs supplied). Oil fired central heating. High quality furnishings and interior design. Fully equipped kitchen – electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/drier. In the living area, there is a color TV, video and DVD (due to new regulations please bring your own DVDs), radio/CD player, WIFI, local information and ample reading material. Barbecue (gas fired) and garden furniture are available for use on the terrace. There is also generous parking beside the property. All bed linen and towels provided. Cot and high chair. Non smoking.

The cottage is in the centre of the Lincolnshire Wolds, an area of outstanding natural beauty. The area is perfect for walkers and cyclists. The cottage is within easy driving distance of Grimsby, Cleethorpes, Louth, Market Rasen, Horncastle, Hull and Lincoln. There is something for all the family, with a relaxing, peaceful cottage to retreat to at the end of the day.

The average rainfall per year is low (26 inches), making it an ideal place for walking, cycling and generally enjoying the great outdoors. There is good motorway access from the north and west.


If you enjoy walking, there is a woodland walk from Little Walk Cottage, and a local footpath network. Nearby is a link to the Viking Way (7 miles), the course of which takes you almost entirely through thinly populated countryside and quiet villages.

The Lincolnshire coast is host to two very different seaside experiences: the Fun Coast stretches from Skegness to Mablethorpe and is home to some of the finest seaside resorts in the UK. However the rural coast is a haven for nature lovers.

"Wonderful & Relaxing"

Peaceful and Tranquil - Perfect getaway to recharge. We spent a very enjoyable and relaxing time at Little Walk Cottage. The Cottage is beautifully appointed and has everything you need to relax and unwind. Lovely sunroom to sit and read and watch the world go by.

Walks on your doorstep, and wildlife out the window. What more could you ask for.
