The Florida / Orlando Disney Area

The property is ideally situated to allow for very easy and quick access to all of the major theme parks, Ocala National Forest with crystal clear springs and wide areas to explore. Both east and west coasts are within easy driving distance.

However, 'The Villages' itself offers amenities that cover a multitude of activities, including golf on any one of over 36 courses, around 100 heated pools ranging from fun, family ones to serious lane swimming, bowling alleys, tennis courts and much more. All of this in a setting where you can enjoy walking amongst open areas or sitting by one of the many lakes or nature reserves that sprinkle the region if you seek a more relaxing style vacation.

The villa is situated in one of the newest 'villages' that make up the mid Florida complex of 'The Villages'. It offers easy access to hundreds of facilities and vacation hot spots, whilst at the same time giving you the benefits of being able to return home to peace and quietness when you need it. Within minutes you can be wandering through the local Town Centre and Square, shopping in any one of dozens of major stores or sitting down to a meal in your local Country Club, all whilst knowing that the villa is so well appointed that you need not spend any time in concerning yourself over chores or maintenance. But if you should choose to 'stay at home' then you have a quiet, screened in lanai, a patio with BBQ and a safe neighbourhood in which to stretch your legs. Nowhere else comes close to what the area has to offer you and shouldn't be missed as a number one vacation site.
