Le Petit Coquelicot is laid out over 2 floors, on the first floor is an open plan lounge/kitchen area with an adjoining shower room with wc. On the top floor is 1 double bedroom and 1 large twin room with balcony (the twin beds can be made up as a double if required). The maximum occupancy for the apartment is 4 people.

The Rhone / French Alps / Savoie region
The 3 Vallees ski area is the largest in the World with more than 600km of skiing. It has something for every level of skier from beginners to families to extensive off-piste for advanced skiers. The Belleville valley alone has 300km of skiing. St Martin de Belleville and St Jean de Belleville and the surrounding villages still retain all the character of traditional French village life and are steeped in history. The area is just as appealing during the summer months as in the winter with plenty to offer for everyone.
The Three Valleys / St Jean de Belleville area
St Jean de Belleville is known locally as the doorway to the Belleville valley and offers the tranquillity and beauty of a traditional mountain village. The village church (St Jean-Baptiste Baroque Church) is one of the churches on the "Sentiers du Baroque" and is the oldest in the valley with a listed altar piece and is open to the general public. There are various walking itineraries starting from the village and maps can be obtained from the Mairies office in the village centre, walking trails are well maintained during the summer season (June - September). Nearby attractions during winter months include downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snow-shoeing, sledging (both Les Menuires and Val Thorens have dedicated sledging runs), dog-sledding, Leisure and Spa facilities, Cinema's, ten pin bowling, varied bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. During the summer months there is just as much to do and see, from walking, cycling/mountain biking, fishing, white water rafting, via ferrata, climbing, tree top adventures, summer skiing in Val Thorens, horse riding, golf (situated in Meribel or Courchevel), quad and motorbiking.
Why not try the 2 Michelin Star restaurant "La Bouitte" situated in St Marcel or for a truly spectacular setting try the "Le Chateau des Feissons" just past Moutiers both open summer and winter serving spectacular food and wines.

How to get there
Getting there:
By Car – At Albertville take the N90 (25.04km) towards Moutiers, take exit 40 signed St Jean de Belleville, St Martin de Belleville, Les Menuires & Val Thorens onto the D117. Follow this road up for 11.15km, take the next right into the village. Follow this road up until you reach an open square, take the sharp right hand turn (between 2 houses, signed for La Sauce), follow this road up and round taking the 2nd left turning. The house is located on the 3rd driveway on the right and is the 2nd house up the drive.
By Air – Lyon Airport (2 hours; www.lyonairport.com), Geneva Airport (1:45 hours; www.gva.ch), Grenoble Airport (2:15 hours; www.grenoble.aeroport.fr), Chambery Airport (1:20 hours; www.chambery.aeroport.fr). All these sites give travel information or links to coach, train or private transfer sites.
By Train – The nearest train station is Moutiers 17km away from St Jean de Belleville. Serviced by local trains, the TGV from Paris (www.sncf.com) and the snow train (www.eurostar.com) from London.
By Bus – There is a service that runs from Moutiers station up the valley to Val Thorens, stopping at the top entrance to St Jean de Belleville (www.altibus.com).
