About the home

Xanadu is a stunning 7,000 sq ft Beach Mansion, with its own housekeeper, driver with 8 seater car, pool table, kayaks, golf clubs, swimming pool, putting green, satellite TV, wii, fully stocked indoor and outdoor bars, pc with internet, and 6 double en suite bedrooms.

Breakfast is served daily. It is one of the only Signature Villas, and the largest privately owned Mansion on The Palm currently available to rent on the short term holiday rental market.

Xanadu is located on Frond F ( The VIP Frond ) of The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.

The Villa features an integrated "Opus" music system with ipod docking station.

You will have your own fully stocked indoor bar with large size pool table. We also provide a Wii with sports pack, 42" Plasma TV with 174 channels including 14 Sports and Movie channels, and a Guitar.

Further details outdoors:
The outdoor Pavilion has a large BBQ with dining for 12 people. You have your own Swimming Pool with poolside bar, 2 professional single Kayaks, 42 ft putting green and direct access to the beach. The beach is private with access only allowed to residents. The sun shines all day by the poolside.

In addition we provide a full set of gents Ping and Calaway golf clubs, and one set of Masters ladies clubs.

Further details

AIRPORT TRANSFERS : Our driver Hanish, will provide one FREE arrival and departure transfer to/from Dubai Airport. The car accommodates a maximum of 7 passengers (depending on luggage). Each other day (excluding Friday) a further additional round trip in the general Jumeirah/Dubai Marina/Emirates Mall area is available to guests FREE of charge. The driver is also available for additional trips which will be charged at local taxi rates.

EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER : Fatima will provide a housekeeping service for you. This includes a served breakfast plus bedroom and bathroom cleaning and evening turn-down service. Towels are changed twice weekly.

Conditions

A deposit of 25% is required when booking.
The balance is due 63 days prior to arrival date
A refundable breakages deposit of £650 is required.
You can pay by credit card on line on the XANADU website, or by bank transfer.

Dubai is one of seven Emirates that make up the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
It is famous for all year round Summer weather, it rains for just 5/6 days annually.

You can relax on your own private pristine beach or shop till you drop in the most fabulous shopping malls in the world.
You will be amazed with the huge savings to be made on Gold, Diamonds and Designer goods and fashion items.

There are many 5 star hotels in the region offering a choice of great restaurants and classy bars and the ATLANTIS hotel is on your doorstep (2 minutes away ) with 17 bars and restaurants. Recently 2 more fabulous 5 star hotels have opened on the Palm, giving you an even bigger choice of local bars and restaurants.

The Palm Jumeirah area

XANADU is a truly magical Beach Mansion situated on The Palm Jumeirah (the unique man-made island built in the shape of a date palm tree) which is home to some of the world's most sought after luxury villas. Guests can enjoy unique beach front living in astonishing surroundings with stunning water views. You will have your own private quiet beach and private swimming pool for a truly relaxing holiday. Xanadu is ideal for both Summer and Winter sun holidays.

You can shop in The Mall of The Emirates, Ibn Battuta Mall, or the new Dubai Mall (the largest shopping centre in the world with almost 1,000 shops) each just 15 minutes away, where you will have a choice of 100's of modern shops. You can also visit the Gold Souks, Diamond Park, and Karama for "designer" bags and accessories.

Ski Dubai, in the Mall of the Emirates, has real snow, whilst The Wild Wadi Water Park is really worth a visit.
Evenings, you have a choice of over twenty, 5 star Hotels including The Burj al Arab (the only 7 star hotel in the world) all within 15 minutes from Xanadu. Here you can enjoy fine dining and lively bars until the early hours.
Golf is very popular with a choice of Championship courses just 15 minutes away. The ATLANTIS Hotel is only two minutes away and provides a spectacular sight illuminated each night.

Other tourist attractions include : Mosque, Museum, Hot Air Ballooning, 4x4 Dune Bashing & night cruise dining. Hanish will drive you to all the best tourist destinations for an unforgetable holiday experience.

Fly directly to either Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Our Driver, ( 8 seater car) will collect you from Dubai International airport free of charge.

The Villa XANADU is located on The Palm Jumeirah ( see Google map) and is just 25 minutes from Dubai International Airport or 50 minutes from Abu Dhabi.
