Master bedroom has king size bed with en-suite bathroom. Master bathroom has shower corner and separate bath tub. There is LCD Tv with DVD player in master bedroom, only for DVD's. 2nd bedroom has 2 single size beds. 2nd bathroom is just opposite of the bedroom. Maids room has extra folding bed with en-suite bathroom. Living and dining is open plan with kitchen and nice large balcony. Balcony is overlooking the garden with proper garden dining furniture. Dining for 6 people, LCD Tv with satellite channels connection and DVD player. Kitchen is fully equipped - stove, fridge, freezer, washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, espresso machine and all cutlery and crockery. All bed linen and towels are provided. Iron and ironing board are also available in the apartment.

The Dubai region
Almost guaranteed sunshine, world class golf courses, a fabulous range of restaurants and bars, duty free shopping, Aquadventure & Wild Wadi Water Park, activities of 4X4 dune bashing, quad biking and sand boarding will keep you very busy.
You can fly to Dubai International Airport or Abu Dhabi International Airport, most of the international airlines have direct connection from other international airports. If you need entry visa to UAE, the best is to fly by Emirates or Etihad Airlines who will offer you online tourist visas.
The Palm Jumeirah / Shoreline area
The Palm Jumeirah is the most exciting residential project on earth. A man-made island off the shores of Dubai, the Palm extends 6.5 kilometers into the Arabian Gulf, and is surrounded by an 11km crescent shaped breakwater.
Close enough to enjoy the restaurants and bars on offer at the 5* hotels yet quietly positioned with its own private beach.
The Montgomerie Golf Club and Emirates Golf Club are minutes away, with grocery shopping facilities also close by offering free delivery should you wish to order by phone.
Flight to Dubai are accessible from either Dubai International Airport, or Abu Dhabi airport.

This was an internet find for our vacation in Dubai and would highly recommend this location to others. As new vacationer's to Dubai, UAE, there are many unknowns, but PK Holiday Rentals provided info to get our vacation moving along, but certainly ask questions. Location is out, away from Dubai so recommend a rental car or plan on taxi fares for each day. Furnishings were of top quality and all in excellent condition. We found the entire residence very clean and had no issues. There is a small local market close by, which stocks most items in small quantities. Coffee shop and very good resturants are within a very short walk with excellent dining menus. Also, with just a short drive are many other great Dubai dining locations. Beach club provided for a very nice gym and services right on the beach. The Al Nabat only has a front desk supervisor, and will do a few additional items, like schedule dry cleaning/laundry services, and can provide recommendations for sightseeing/touring. Highly recommended and we will be back for another visit. |
