The newly installed country style kitchen has an electric cooker with seaprate hob, microwave, fidge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Stairs lead to 3 double bedroms (2 doubles and a twin room). The attractively decorated and newly fitted bathroom has a shower over the bath, wash hand basin, WC, heated towel rail and airing cupboard.

Opposite the cottage is a walled garden with furniture ideal for BBQ's during the idyllic summer evenings. Free Parking is available within 50m of the cottage, with access for loading and unloading is available directly outside the cottage.
The Cornwall region
There are beaches close by at village locations such as Porthoustock, Porthallow, Godrevy Cove along with the popular harbour village of Coverack. Boats can be hired at Helford River and St. Anthony. There are plenty of foot paths networking the whole Lizard Peninsular and beautiful gardens to visit within the local area.
The village is a short distance away from the coastal harbours of Coverack,and Cadgwidth as featured in the Monty Halls "The Fishermans Apprentice". The coast and southwest coastal path are only one mile away and there is a good choice of beaches and coves for bathing, boating and fishing.
The region has numerous tourist attractions such as Roskilly's, the Lizard, Flambards, Poldark Mine, Porthcurrno, Minack theatre, Gweek seal sanctuary, Lands End
The Lizard Peninsula
St. Keverne is one of the busiest and most popular villages on the Lizard Peninsula. It boasts two traditional pubs, an organic restaurant, renowned local butcher, village Spar shop, Post Office, and Newsagent. It offers a great location for exploring the stunning Lizard Peninsula. Roskillys working farm, and award winning ice creams is within a mile of the cottage. The ancient market town of Helston is approximately 8 miles away providing further amenities including a large Tesco & Sainsbury supermarket (both of whom deliver to the cottage). Main line stations can be found in Penzance and Truro (London approximately 5 hours).
