The St. Philip region

The Living Room:- has 1 large sofa-bed which easily sleeps 2 to 4 persons provided with such features as cherry wood floors,coral stonewalls and oriental carpets. The apartment also has 60" TV and DVD system.Plus access to balcony /sea views. Full dining facilities ie table and chairs are also in this area.

The Apartment:- is fully air conditioned and thermostatically controlled (minimal cost to be paid to hotel) in each room. All windows have cedar shutters . The apartment is located on the second floor of 5 floors with approximaely 3 apartments per floor .Full daily cleaning ,laundry service is available at no extra cost.

Kitchen contains washing machine/dryer/dishwasher/microwave/fridge freezer and full cutlery/wares.

Sitting room /dining area has dining table and chairs/ 2 large pull out sofa beds and 60" tv/dvd /direct dial phone / internet access /full sea views. Each room has its own Air condition control which is nominally charged and paid to the Hotel.

Additional bathroom is located near to the kitchen.

Large balcony area with lounge chairs overlooking sea /landscaped garden/swimming pools.

Resort is spectacularly landscaped with 4 /5 swimming pools and large sunbathing areas.Additionally, the Resort has 3 award winning restaurants both with idyllic sea views and offering chinese/japanese/classic caribbean /european food plus 2 additional bars located on the resort.Gospel Sunday brunch is also offered.

The available weeks are wks 22/23 every year ie 2 weeks and is available either as a 1 week or forthnightly let.

No additional costs are incurred all rates are inclusive as compared to staying at the Hotel ie an extra 15% government tax and 10% service fees is levied. Preferred payment would be directly to my bank account and full booking fee must be paid on acceptance of booking and is not refundable once accepted. Check in is on saturday at 2 pm and checkout is on saturday at 10 am ie 7 nights Saturday to Friday.Lettings can be booked up to 8 weeks prior to availablity period.NOTE THIS APARTMENT CAN ONLY BE LET FOR THE DATES AS ADVERTISED!!.
