Home description
The house is exceptionally well furnished to own home standards. It has 3 large double bedrooms one with bunkbeds and a cot, 3 reception rooms and a large kitchen diner. It can accommodate two families but can still be cosy for 2 or 4 people with a coal burning stove in the living room. The picturesque countryside around is excellent for walking or exploring by car with the market towns of Cullompton,Tiverton and Honiton nearby and the North and South coasts both easily accessible. The garden is safe for children with both grass and paved areas.

The West Country / Devon region
The hamlet of Bodmiscombe is on the edge of The Blackdown Hills which is described as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). It is ideally situated to explore both Exmoor and Dartmoor and several National Trust properties are within easy reach. The South Devon and Dorset Jurrasic coast offer wonderful days out as do the resorts of the North Devon coast. The market towns of Cullompton, Tiverton and Honiton are all less than 30 minutes away as is Exeter with its magnificent cathedral and shopping opportunities and michelin rated restaurants.
