We recently stayed at The Well House for a week in February. The owners made us very welcome, greeting us upon arrival and making sure we were comfortable. They had kindly provided a welcome pack of essentials for our arrival, and beautiful Molton Brown toiletries in the bathrooms. The house is very well equipped with a beautiful kitchen, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and tumble drier. Set in its own grounds, the house is very tranquil and relaxing, yet it is close to Oxford and within easy reach of London by train. We visited the local Waitrose in nearby Thame for groceries. We would recommend the house to anyone visiting the area, and will definitely return in the future.

"The Well House"
The Well House is a beautiful cottage in a prime location. Lots of villages to visit as well as Oxford on the door step, so we never felt too isolated, even with the horrendous weather!
The Well House is stunning. Everything was of high quality and the attention to details in each room was worthy of a 5* hotel and more. We could not fault the property or location and would recommend it to anyone.
Thank you for your positive words, we try hard to maintain high standards for our guests to enjoy. As for the weather - what can I say, we are still working on it!

This house was wonderful and just what we were after. It had everything we needed and the welcome pack was perfect. The lounge area was so comfortable and warm that we didn't really want to leave.
It was useful having a second bathroom downstairs and they were both very clean and well decorated.
The setting was beautiful as well. My two children had a great deal of fun watching the horses training on the steeple chase nearby and walking around in the woods by the house.
I would love to go back to this house if we get a free weekend.
Delighted that you all enjoyed both the cottage and the surroundings. Thanks and hope to see you again.
