Crescent Cottage and the Mews are ideal cottages for two families/groups as they are 100 yards from each other, so you can have your own space but be able to do things together. One property is a three bed, the other is a two. Both have double sofa beds as well.
The first property has three bedrooms plus a sofa bed. It consists of a cosy beamed lounge with wood burning stove and seating for 8. The part paneled dining room has a beautiful mahogany dining table which can easily accommodate 8, and the country kitchen has wooden work tops, dishwasher, oven,hob and microwave, as well as a full range of crockery and baking equipment. Off the kitchen is a snug with a sofa bed, TV, DVD and video. There is also a downstairs bathroom with bath and shower, and washing machine and tumble drier.
Upstairs consists of two double rooms on the first floor, all decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Digital LCD TVs, clock radios and hair driers are provided in each room.
The top floor has a twin room, which can be made into a king if required, and a further bathroom with double end bath and shower.
There is also a large sheltered roof terrace with views of the Abbey. Garden furniture and a BBQ are provided.
The second property is next door but three! This cottage has a double room and a bunk bedroom, plus a sofa bed in the lounge. It has an excellent sized lounge with a gas effect wood burning stove. Seating comfortably for 6. The south facing kitchen looks out onto the walled garden, and is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge freezer, as well as a huge selection of crockery, baking and cooking equipment. Off the kitchen is a downstairs toilet.
Upstairs has a lovely double room over looking the garden and the cricket field beyond. This room has an en suite shower room as well. The second bedroom has bunk beds, making it ideal for children, and has a washbasin as well. Both bedrooms are beautifully furnished and have digital TVs and hair driers. There is also a large family bathroom with double ended bath.
The sheltered garden has a large built in BBQ and a selection of garden furniture.
To make life easier with children we've a selection of baby equipment available including a wooden cot with sprung mattress, high chair, stair gates, bed side to stop little ones rolling out and a selection of children's plates, cups, bowls and cutlery.
As we are moments walk from the river Severn and Avon we have a small boat with outboard which can be used to explore the rivers. Only cost is a tank of fuel, which should be about £10. Just ask for more details.

Parking for two cars is in a private car park next door to the property, and additional spaces can be arranged for £8 per week.
A deposit of 20% of the total is payable on booking, with the outstanding balance being due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival must be paid for in full when booking.
The Central England / Cotswolds / Gloucestershire region
Tewkesbury is well located to explore the Cotswolds, Forest of Dean, and the Wye Valley or heading up the Avon to Stratford Upon Avon.
Cheltenham is a ten minute drive away, so it can be an good base for Cheltenham Gold Cup.
Crescent Cottage is only a 10 minute drive from the M5, so it's very easy to get around the whole of the Cotswold region.
The Tewkesbury area
Tewkesbury is a beautiful medieval town with lots of shops, restaurants and pubs.
It is also unique in having two rivers passing through it, the Severn and the Avon, so there are many riverside walks to explore.
Tewkesbury has a fantastic food festival at the beginning of May and the largest battle re-enactment weekend in July.

The cottage is in the centre of Tewkesbury, which is just 2 miles away from junction 9 of the M5 and 3 miles from the M50 motorway.
It is approximately 2 hours from London and Manchester, 1 hour from Bristol and Birmingham.
