Luxury Beach Front 3 bedroom apartment, set in the exclusive development of Puerto Marina, Marina Smir, Northern Morocco. It has beautiful gardens and the balcony has views of the beach and the warm Mediterranean sea beyond. Nearby is Smir water park, Tetouan, M'Diq, Ceuta. Tangier is just a little further via the recently upgraded highway.
There is a new water park 'Smir Park' only a few minutes walk away and is only 350 metres from the world renowned Marina Smir with a large selection of restaurants and shops.
The beach front development of Puerto Marina is on the Golden Mile and is considered to be the most exclusive and sought after in Marina Smir. recently built apartments blend well within the exotic gardens, which all adjoins the beach and sea.
The apartment is on the second floor. The spacious master bedroom is fully air conditioned and is fitted with an en-suite shower room. It has a large picture window with views out to sea The other double bedroom also has excellent sea views and the twin bedroom has stunning mountain views to the rear. All three bedrooms are fitted with built-in wardrobes.
The air conditioned, spacious living room, is beautifully decorated in a traditional Maroccan inspired style with modern accents. Satellite TV offers channels in various languages including English.
The living room leads out onto the large terrace with its magnificent views over the beach, streatching away to the Marina and the Golden Mile beach and the Mediterranean sea. Patio dining furniture is provide on the terrace.
The kitchen / dining room is what you would expect from this well equipped apartment, with all the latest gadgets and equipment and dining table to seat six people.

The Tangier/Rif Mountains region
Tangier is a fascinating Moroccan city to visit. It has many of the things that travellers love--a sense of exotic mystery, interesting history, beautiful vistas, unspoiled beaches, and friendly people.
Tangier is an interesting mix of north Africa, Spain, and France. It is located in northern Maroc , was under the control of France for the first half of the 20th century and is less than 20 miles from Spain across the Strait of Gibraltar.
Frequent ferries make the short crossing from Europe each day, and many Cruise ships sailing between the Mediterranean and the Atlantic often include Tangier as a port of call.
The Tetouan / Tamuda Bay area
The north coast of Morocco forms a little-explored landscape of bays and coves framed by a surprisingly green hinterland that shatters the first-time visitor's preconception of Morocco as an arid and desolate country. Set within this scenery of blue Mediterranean waters and green hills covered in wild flowers lays Marina Smir, Morocco's most fashionable marina and resort.

There is also BA and Royal Air Maroc
Monarch and Easy-Jet fly to Gibraltar and from there, take a short taxi ride to the port of Algeciras to cross the Straights of Gibraltar to Ceuta and from there its a short taxi journey to our apartment
Aer Lingus and Ryanair fly Dublin to Madrid with a transfer to Tangier with Easy Jet or RyanAir
There are sailings between mainland Spain and the North African coast approximately every half hour during the day. Ferries will take about hour for the crossing
Our Representative Hamid in Morocco will be able to facilitate all the necessary transfers to and from our apartment.
