The complex has a cafe bar and a mini-market. The new Aqua Park is a few minutes drive away. Tetouan, the nearest town, is a 20 minute drive.
The Royal Cabo Negro 18 hole golf course is just 15 minutes drive. The Marina provides scuba diving, jet skiing, quad bikes, fishing, dolphin watching. Day trips to the mountains are available too.

The Tangier region
Tangier, known as Tanjah has been founded in 5th century BC by Carthaginian colonists. The name possibly derived from an ancient Berber goddess names Tiinjis.
Tangier has been widely mentioned in Berber and Greek mythology. There are Hercules caves a few miles outside the city that are open to visitors and are a big attraction. The legend says that Hercules slept in there when attempting the twelve labours.
The city was also under Roman, Vandal, Byzantine and Arab control which made a huge mark on the culture, religion, cuisine and architecture. Till now you will see all those different influences mixed together making the city one of its kind.
The Apartment is very close to the sea. The area has a very relaxed atmosphere. The climate is hot during the summer months, but warm during the autumn/spring.
Tetouan area
The Marina provides scuba diving, jet skiing, quad bikes, fishing, dolphin watching or a day trip to the Mountains.
Tetouan was founded in the 15th century and is the nearest town - a fascinating area to explore, including the Medina and Kasbah. Place Hassan II, dominated by the glittering Royal Palace is the heart of the City.
Marina Smir has lots of attractions during the summer, with many delightful restaurants all year round. There is an Equestre La Ferma Sports Centre just 10km away, for the whole family to enjoy.
