Private pool, 10min from Larnaca town and sea. Ground floor with private parking underground. Close to golf and shopping but away from all the noise so it is secluded.
Studio is furnished and fitted out in top quality fittings. fully air conditioned large terraced area.
Ideal for a couple wishing to see Larnaca and play golf or just relax on the beach or by the private pool.

The Larnaca region

Temp range from 30+ in the summer to a nice 18+ in the winter. Larnaca is an old town but there is a new section so you have the two contrasting areas old town and new.
There are lots of bars and restaurants along the sea from in Larnaca and the shops are closely situated at the far end of the town, with all the designer shops you can imagine and lots more.
The beach is nice and there is plenty of parking along the sea front.

The Tersefanou area

Golf is very popular and there is lots to do in and around Larnaca.
The location of the flat is on a yet to be built golf course but this has the beauty of making the place nice and peaceful at the moment and hence the cheap price.
There are plenty of golf courses in the area though.

Flight to Larnaca are quite frequent from most airports Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Manchester etc. You can fly with Monarch or easy jet.
I have used Avis car hire twice and they were good but there are plenty of other firms and you get the best deals online before you go.
