Beautifully furnished, air conditioned penthouse with light and airy interior and fabulous furnished terrace with great views. Majestic Gardens is a peaceful complex where relaxing is the number one occupation! The pretty shared pool area is great for taking a dip and the beach is only a few minutes drive away.

Tersefanou is a tranquil, traditional village and has a couple of tavernas and grocery stores. On the edge of the village is the Elysian Spa where you have take advantage of the gym or treatments (charges apply).

Nearby Kiti has a supermarket, shops and restaurants including fabulous 24 hour bakeries!!

Picturesque Pervolia with its pavement cafes and tavernas is only 5 mins by car and is a must.

Suitable for couples and families looking for a relaxing break in a quiet location, this is an excellent base for exploring the rest of the island.

The Larnaca region

Larnaca has something for everyone - beautiful beaches, including the famous Phinikoudes Beach, a marina, delightful promenades lined with palm trees and an array of cafes, bars and restaurants over looking the sparkling Mediterranean sea.
There is also a good range of shops both Cypriot and British (Marks & Spencer, Debenhams) as well as an excellent choice of traditional and international restaurants.
The excellent road connections put Larnaca within easy reach of other resorts including Ayia Napa, Protaras and Limassol.

The Tersefanou area

Tersefanou is full of laid back, Cypriot charm with a traditional coffee shop, village store and a couple of good tavernas.

Further on is the historic village of Kiti with a wider range of shops, banks, restaurants and a great bakery.

A short drive from Kiti is the small village of Pervolia with its numerous tavernas set around a relaxed square with the splendid village church as its focal point. Here you can eat, drink and enjoy traditional Cypriot entertainment in the street cafes and restaurants. The road from the square leads down to the coast and here there are marvellous views along unspoilt beaches.
