About the home

This exceptionally well furnished 1 bedroom apartment occupies a easily accessible position on the ground floor of three within the impressive Elysian Fields Resort in Tersefanou just slightly west of Larnaca city. Newly completed in spring 2010 it benefits from an extremely relaxing patio which provides a wonderful place to relax and dine.

The property has been carefully furnished to high standards to ensure that guests requirements have all been accommodated. Once in the property there is a fully fitted kitchen which incorporates washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, hob and microwave along with the essentials of toaster and kettle and all crockery.

We also have a TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT on the same complex that sleeps six for rental @ £225 per week

The open plan layout leads on to a spacious lounge where two comfortable sofas, coffee table and satellite TV/DVD are located. The outside dedicated dining area has been furnished with table and chairs to accommodate four. The apartment has window blinds fitted on all windows. The large bedroom with a king size double bed has access to the patio and all linen is provided along with ample storage space with numerous fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom has a shower facility and is fresh and modern with all necessary towels provided. The lounge area opens out onto the patio a splendid place to relax and dine which offers splendid views across the resort pool and beautiful gardens.

Cyprus is a good firm holiday favourite that benefits from long hot summers and short mild winters, a great destination for families, groups of friends or even just couples. The island is easily explored by car with many wonderful features this is a perfect holiday destination which will cater for all holiday requirements.

At one time the capital of Cyprus, Larnaca is thought to be one of the oldest settlements on Cyprus, this vibrant cultural centre offers many sights of interest, restaurants, bars and shops for visitors to enjoy.

The Tersefanou area

This apartment is located in the village of Tersefanou. The large village of Kiti, which has banks, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, is about 2km away. The apartment can be reached via the coastal road from Limassol in one direction or from Larnaca, around 10 minutes drive, from the other. From the motor way exit at Klavdia the apartment is 5 minutes drive through the area set aside for the new PGA Larnaca golf course.

The traditional Cypriot village of Pervolia, with its street side cafes, is 10 minutes drive through Kiti to its coastal setting. Nicosia, the islands capital, is 30 minutes drive with its traditional old town and modern shopping malls while the sun kissed beaches of Ayia Napa and Protaras are 35 minutes to the east.

“Clean and Comfortable” The apartment we rented is pretty much as advertised. It was set in an apartment complex which was pretty empty in November. The apartment was comfortable and quiet. Our only issue was a personal one. We use the internet a lot and it was not very easy to do at this location. You have to use the internet provided in the cafe. You are limited to 4 hours on each password you use. To obtain a password you must go to the cafe and get one which means it is a good idea to buy something. We found this to be difficult, but again we use the internet many hours each day. There is a nice spa in the complex, but it is not free to use the gym which was not mentioned. I did not have a problem paying, I just thought it would have been nice to know that upfront.
