Our third-floor penthouse apartment has been thoughtfully and stylishly furnished to provide luxurious 5 star accommodation for up to 4 people. Elysian Fields Spa Resort is an ideal location if you are looking for a totally relaxing holiday away from the bustle of busy resorts. With three pools, landscaped gardens, an on-site bar and cafe and a superb spa this complex has everything you need for the perfect relaxing holiday.

The apartment is beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated, and benefits from a huge private sun terrace fully furnished with top quality loungers, sofa and chairs, and dining suite. Situated in one of the best positions in the Resort, this apartment really is one of the most outstanding properties available in the Larnaca area.

The large attractive lounge/dining area offers comfortable seating, with Italian leather three and two seater sofas, the three seater sofa extending into a full king-size bed.

For entertainment we provide a 32” Flat screen TV with DVD Player and satellite TV, a separate music system with an MP3 docking station, DVD’s and books.

Dine in style at the solid cherry wood dining table with 6 leather dining chairs.

The large airy bedroom provides generous and comfortable accommodation with a king sized bed, en-suite bath & shower, built-in fully lined wardrobes and a dressing table and stool and stunning full length mirror. Top quality Egyptian cotton bedding and towels are used throughout.

If four people are staying there is the convenience of a separate shower room accessed from the living area, and a second wardrobe just inside the entrance to the master bedroom.

All windows are fitted with 'blackout' blinds to keep the apartment cool during the day and to keep the early morning light out.

You may not wish to spend much time in the kitchen, but it is fully equipped to provide everything you need. Granite worktops, a ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a comprehensive range of utensils and top quality crockery and glassware.

A spacious main balcony can be accessed from the lounge and bedroom and is furnished with a table and chairs to relax and enjoy a drink whilst looking toward the village of Tersefanou.

For serious sunbathing and relaxing to capture the long hours of Cypriot sunshine you will love the magnificent south-facing private sun terrace with top of the range furniture to relax in total style and comfort. Four sun loungers, two side tables and a parasol for shade if required take care of your tanning needs. A table and four chairs are provided for alfresco dining and if the mood takes you, there is a comfortable sofa and chairs with coffee table for after-dinner drinks. (Sorry, but we don’t provide the waiter!)

From the sun terrace you can look into the beautiful pool and extensive flower and herb gardens in the complex and looking south-east you have a view over open countryside to the sea in the distance.
Elysian Fields boasts two outdoor swimming pools – a generously sized 20m adult pool and a shallow children's pool, both surrounded by beautiful gardens. Outside the complex there is also a children’s play area with swings, slide, climbing frame and other amusements.

Close by the main pool is the Elysian Café, open from 10am until midnight and which offers a range of reasonably priced food and drinks.

One of the main features of the Resort is the luxurious Elysian Spa where you can indulge your mind, body and spirit. This magnificent facility offers a heated indoor pool with relaxation area and jet shower, together with a separate outdoor splash pool complete with cascading waterfalls.

The Spa also has a heated jacuzzi, sauna, mosaic-tiled steam room, fitness centre, hair salon, and beauty shop. Six dedicated treatment rooms offer a wide range of therapies ranging from Anti-Stress Chocolate Facials through to full Spa packages to rejuvenate or detox – there are even signature packages for the bride and groom! Use of the Elysian Spa is available at extra cost, and is restricted to 18 years and older.

All of our guests are met at the apartment on arrival by our English speaking representative. We can arrange Meet & Greet for guests arriving at Larnaca Airport at a very reasonable cost.

Welcome packs are available on request at an additional cost.

Use of the Elysian Spa facilities requires a membership fee, and is restricted to 18 years and older.

Conditions

A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking to secure your reservation. The balance is due 8 weeks before the holiday start date. A refundable security deposit is requested with the final holiday payment.

The Larnaca region

Larnaca is thought to be one of the oldest settlements on Cyprus, having been continually occupied for over 5000 years. At one time the capital of the island, it is now a vibrant cultural centre offering a very wide range of activities for visitors, as well as shopping and restaurants to suit every taste.

Larnaca enjoys one of the best climates in the Mediterranean with long, hot summers averaging over ten hours of sunshine a day, and mild winters.

The Tersefanou area

Tersefanou village really is a step back in time to old Cyprus with traditional wood shutters on flat roofed single story homes. The town hall is at the centre of the village with the historic village church adjacent to it. There is a small supermarket and well-stocked kiosk, together with a couple of restaurants and a coffee house where the locals tend to hang out.

For children, Dreamland playground resort is a short walk from the apartment.

Just 2 kilometres away from Tersefanou is the delightful village of Kiti with a good range of shops, banks, restaurants and bars. Panagia Angeloktisti dates back to the 11th Century and is one of the oldest and best preserved medieval churches in the Eastern Mediterranean.

A short drive from Kiti are the small villages of Pervolia and Faros with numerous tavernas set around leafy village squares. Here you can eat, drink and enjoy traditional Cypriot entertainment in the street cafes and restaurants. These villages are very close to the beaches on the south coast of Cyprus.

Further inland is Stavrovouni Monastery, the oldest in Cyprus.

During autumn and spring the salt lake at Larnaca is visited by thousands of migratory birds, and during winter and spring is home to large numbers of flamingos.

The best local beach for sea bathing is McKenzie Beach 2.5km south of Larnaca town. Other popular beaches are found on the road to Ayia Napa.

The motorway links are just minutes away giving good access to Larnaca, Nicosia and Limassol.

Larnaca International Airport is an easy 10 minte drive from the apartment and is well served by a number of airlines from several UK airports. Car hire is easily arranged, and taxis are also readily available and are generally good value. Meet & Greet at Larnaca Airport can also be arranged at a very reasonable cost.

If you prefer, Paphos airport is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes drive away.
